Narrator/Tails - On the other side of the city in Dr. Robotnics hideout looming over the streets of Green Hill is Metal Sonic and Shadow having their 5th fight about Shadows drinking this week; it was only wednesday.
Metal Sonic - Seriously Shadow, this is the 6th bottle today! You're ruining yourself with this shit, I can’t believe you're like this; what the fuck happened to you? ..Is it what happened to Maria; I know you’ve had a.... hard time after that.
Shadow (walks up closer to MS) - …Hard time? Hard time?! I had to sit there and be completely useless as she literally sacrificed herself right in front of me! Are you that goddamn stupid to think i’d just be fine after that?!
Metal Sonic - I never said you’d be fine! I understand how hard it was to lose her, but with the way you are treating people you’re gonna lose not just her.
Shadow - (takes a swig) .. who says I care.
Metal Sonic - I can't believe you’d say that! Thats it im done; you need to get your life together then maybe, maybe! I’ll consider being with you until then what we had is over!
Shadow - Fine by me! ...You're just a dumb copy of him..
Narrator/Tails - So Metal Sonic and Shadow had just ended their 5 month relationship; who would have guessed it. Well Metal Sonic did, he saw the way Shadow looked at the blasted Sonic. Metal Sonic knew what Shadow meant who he meant when he said him… it was Sonic. Sure he looks, sounds, acts so similar to Sonic; but Shadow meant the real Sonic not him. Speaking of Sonic, let's check on him.
Sonic (walks in, chili dog in hand, talking to himself) - Damn it, why can't I get him out of my head! He's just some harsh, Robotnic loving, enemy. So why; why does he look at me like that, like i'm the one thing that will heal his damaged heart..
(Shadow walking in on the other side of the road; bumps into Sonic which causes him to drop his wallet)
Shadow - Shit! I'm so sorry I didn't mean to bump into you; here let me get that!
Narrator/Tails - Now normally Shadow would just walk away but when he saw the dazzling bright blue color flash by his eyes he couldn't help but wonder; (mimicking Shadows mental panic) it couldn't be him right! Although what if, goddammit Shadow don't just stand there pick up the wallet!
