Figured I'd start with a recent one!
Katsuki just analyzing Izuku's nervous tics and unconscious habits until physically getting drawn to him. Maybe.. Analyzing a bit MUCH

Izuku is known to get nervous, anxiety high within him. He didn't know how to act properly without offending anyone, wanting to analyze everyone and everything to the brink of knowing the perfect way to react to any situation. He didn't like uncertainty, he didn't like not knowing the outcome to every scenario and then the outcomes of those outcomes and how he'd react and so forth. He was in a never ending cycle of overthinking, radiating the same energy of someone being held at gunpoint (seriously, have you seen how he looks in front of a camera? All stiff.)
Regardless, with his anxiety came nervous tics. As well as little habits or quirks he did that Katsuki had become keen (possibly enamored) to, watching him from afar that may have nothing to do with his anxiety but he inputted regardless.
There was the usual. Like the stuttering and repeating of himself, rocking in place on his heels as he spoke and tried to correctly get his ideas across properly. He'd mess with his hair as he did this at times, twirling it or running his entire hand through it to push the curls back from his face, exposing apprehensive eyes and a sweaty forehead. Then, of course, the rambling. The never ending rambling of anything and everything when he got lost within the enthralls of his mind. Touching his face, perhaps rubbing his bottom lip with his thumb and forefinger to quit his mutters.
Leg shaking. Oh, the leg shaking got to Katsuki good. Izuku did this a lot when they sat together at meetings, attempting to seem professional with the pro heroes since as third years they had to attempt to have some semblance of authority seeing as they'd be equals by the end of the year. As Izuku would speak to these heroes, beneath the table his leg would bounce, aggressively, nervous since he was just a kid and these were all full blown pros, he was way over his head. He struggled to speak, not wanting to seem like just some rookie All Might fanboy turned hero wannabe. A heavy up and down motion as quick as a jackhammer, only stilled when Katsuki would often press a heated palm to his knee, pushing down lightly or squeezing until he stopped. Katsuki didn't want the pros thinking Izuku was nervous or he'd look bad. Other times when he could, he let him do it, getting the stimulation out of his system for however long possible, knowing it eased him in the moment. For some reason Katsuki didn't understand, that little movement gave Izuku more stability and comfort in his seat. He always sat back more relaxed as he did it.
Then there were others.
Like when Izuku was thinking, how he'd lick his lips or run his tongue over his teeth as his eyes unfocused themselves onto something in the distance or as close as the floor, brows knitting together. That little motion, tongue over teeth, a flash of pink over brilliant white, would forever haunt Katsuki. Followed by the tracing of lips. Because it happened so. Damn. Much.
It didn't matter what he was doing for that specific tic, if Izuku was teasing, tongue over teeth. If he was speaking, a brief flash of tongue over teeth mid sentence. If he was reading or refocusing or anything, that stupid goddamn motion would get Katsuki's attention. And then, if he was lost in thought, he'd trace his lips to quiet his talking and Katsuki would be distracted once more. Watching the thick, calloused fingers trace over soft, pink lips that were slightly chapped.
This was when his analytical side went on a frenzy and something else set in. Perhaps he was garnering an obsession with looking at this man. Hell, his eyes were *always* on Izuku. He couldn't help it. And he wanted Izuku's eyes on him.
