Iyana could feel the light in her eyes going out by the second every second, Matteo couldn't handle it the love of his life dying out in his car he had to basically speed to get her home safely if he brought her to the hospital they'd start asking too many questions & the wrong people will asking them too.
Silas could admit hearing that come out of her mouth the person he's been waiting on it gave him hope but he knew she'll still go for Matteo so he knew with Matteo there he could never be the one she'd choose, & he wanted her to baby even if it's not with him.
"Can you hurry the hell up she's bleeding out damn it!"Silas tries to stop the bleeding but it just keeps coming so bad that he doesn't know what else to do,"shit shit shit Matteo I don't know what else to do she's dying"Matteo handed him his jacket to help him.

"Boss we need you to place her on this and we'll come back to all of you shortly"Matteo heard one of his doctors tell him, he kissed her one last time before putting him onto the ambulance bed watching as they pumped her chest & brung her into the house.
~~ The entire group was sitting down waiting with Matteo's little brother which shocked the hell out of them because he was out somewhere enjoying his life when Silas called him 911 about what had happened to his sister / best friend figure.
