It's been three weeks since Iyana had left for her job, she told Matteo that she'd only been gone for a week but it turned into 3 weeks which Iyana knew that it'd be long considering her case at the moment.

"Agent Reyes you know how you're husband is aren't you supposed to be back?"Agent Carter asked her, Iyana shrugs focusing on the paper that's on the board.

"Yeah but we're in Los Angeles plus we still have a case to finish agent Carter"Iyana tells him, he winks at her — a smile on his face.

"Why don't you come out with me hm? It's seven o'clock let me take you out"he says, she rolls her eyes pointing to a necklace Matteo had once given her.

"I have a boyfriend and two kids Carter you know this so I suggest you stop trying but I do want that drink that's it"Iyana adds on, Derek Carter has been trying to get with her since he saw her.

"Yeah and you never told me why you left I mean you disappeared went off the grid"Derek replied, looking at her.

Iyana looks at him.

"I think most people here knows what happened Iyana at least I think they do"Iyana looks at him, as her smile dropped.

"Well I wanna get back to the case okay Alex Holmes killed and sexually abused five woman but he's dead and we've talked to the wife along with his son but something isn't adding up right now"She starts, Iyana never liked talking about what happened to her in front of other people.

"If Alex Holmes is dead which means he has a secret admirer that loves what he did so much that he's recreating it step by step" She told him, Derek nods in understanding.

"You know you can talk to me right Iyana you're my friend not just my co-worker"he adds on, putting a hand on her shoulder.

she looks down at it.

"I'm good Derek really fine"Iyana assures him — he smiles before letting go of her & collecting the papers off of the table walking out of the doorway.

I know that I was supposed to be home by now but the guards actually flew all the way here to Los Angeles for Daniel because he wouldn't stop crying & they also brung along Elena which I actually enjoyed, I love being with my family of course.

Me & Matteo are good it's been a few weeks but we're good at least that's what I think so, I hope so I let people call him my husband because I'm hoping he'll propose to me soon even tomorrow will be fine.

"Come on baby"I say softly picking up Daniel in my arms — he'll be a month old tomorrow & I watch as Elena was in the other bedroom playing with her toys.

Matteo didn't have enough time to come or at least that's what he told me, honestly I don't care at least I get to spend time with my babies throughout the weekend.

"Mama can we go to the park can Silas take me to the park please!"Elena shouts, Silas also came with them just in case anything happened along with some of Matteo bodyguards who stayed by the door.
