The doctor had told them that the baby she had would be fine if Iyana was still able to eat during a coma which was unlikely but they gave her the benefit of the doubt.
"She's in a coma everything that happened to her was because of me"Matteo spoke up looking at James as his little brother shakes his head at him walking closer to him,"it's not big brother Iyana was always caring too caring at times and Atlas was a freak who stalked her even as teenagers"he said.
"She's pregnant with his child..I just don't want that child to grow and I hate it because James I know myself I'll grow to hate it because of what the father did to her"Matteo replied staring at his computer.
James hears a knock on the door before going to answer it,"it's just Carlos"the man walks through the door with Elena who's smiling to see her father.
"Hey gorgeous"Matteo picks up his daughter placing a soft kiss to her temple, she hands him a drawing of their family which makes him smile but also frown not knowing if she'll ever wake up again.
"Can we see mama? p-please.."Elena keeps pleading with him,"she's asleep sweetheart and I don't know how long she'll be like that I'm sorry okay"she lets out soft tears as he hugs her body.
"She loves her mother Matteo just like she loves you and maybe Elena will love her other sibling if Iyana chooses to keep it"Carlos says as he sat down onto the couch.
"Iyana was like a breath of fresh air when I was hurting she came into my life and turned everything right again I found my light"Matteo said smiling as he did so, Elena hugged her father wiping her tears away.
"You young lady I love you more than life itself okay why don't you go over there and paint like me and your mother used to do"Elena giggles before he puts her down watching as she walks to the other side of the room with one of the guards.
"I'm sorry brother you don't deserve this no body deserves this"James closed his brother's computer going towards him & hugging him tightly.
