Angel Hierarchy

There are 3 orders in the angel hierarchy, all containing subsections that will be briefly detailed below. Any further research can be done independently.


Highest Order:

-Seraphim

Seraphim are described as fiery (in this case, adorned in a fiery gold) six-winged beings, with two wings that cover their faces, two that cover their feet, and the last two used to fly. This applies to the following characters:

Mikariel (her wings are white, however her jewelry is gold).

Azrael (her wings are black, however her jewelry is gold).

Chamuel (his wings are white, however his accessories are gold).


-Cherubim

Cherubim guard the way to the tree of life in the (Genesis 3:24) and the throne of God (Ezekiel 28:14–16). (NOT MENTIONED IN THE BOOK).


-Thrones

They are living symbols of God's justice and authority, and have as one of their symbols the throne. (NOT MENTIONED IN THE BOOK).


Middle Order:

-Dominions

Dominions regulate the duties of lower angels. This used to be Wilson before he became the Librarian.

-Virtues

These angels are those through which signs and miracles are made in the world. This used to be BB and L when they were angels.

-Powers

Usually the warriors. (NOT MENTIONED IN THE BOOK).


Lowest Order:

-Principalities 

Principalities guide and protect nations, or groups of peoples, and institutions such as the Church. The Principalities preside over the bands of angels and charge them with fulfilling the divine ministry. There are some who administer and some who assist. This applies to the twin angels Presley and Preslee.

-Archangels
There are only 7 archangels. (NOT MENTIONED IN THE BOOK).

-Angels
They are the ones most concerned with the affairs of men. Within the category of the angels, there are many different kinds, with different functions. The angels are sent as messengers to humanity. This applies to the following characters:
