Chapter 13 - Mate!

                                                          15 Year Old Jimin

                                                                    Level 1

The teacher stood at the front of the class as Jimin laid his head o the desk listening. He never thought much of this kind of stuff. It was his last year to be a level 1 and now was having to be tested over all this mating information. 

He turned a bit red as he thought of what Taehyung had told him, that at Level 2 you started learning about the body and what works and what goes where. He couldn't even imagine talking about it, even if all Omegas and Alphas had their own classes. He sometimes wished this class was split up like that. Talking about Mating with Alphas and Betas in the room was embarrassing to him. 

"Jimin, are you paying attention?" 

Jimin looked up with wide eyes and some of the kids laughed. He bit his lip a bit embarrassed and shook his head. 

"Let's make sure that we do pay attention, you're an older Level 1 let's be a good example to our first year Level 1's." 

Jimin nodded and listened as the teacher asked her question again. 

"The question was, when are your mating scents released?" 

Several hands went up and Jimin wished he could disappear further down in his chair. He hated being put on the spot, especially when he was caught not paying attention. 

"Jimin?" She asked again ignoring all the hands up in the classroom. 

"I...I don't know." Jimin muttered softly. 

"Then I suggest you make it a point to pay attention and take notes Mr. Park or I will be sending a note home to your parents. Is that understood?" 

Jimin just nodded. 

"Very good. The correct answer please Ms. Lydia." 

"Your mating scent is released to others and your senses are opened to smell your mate's scent on your 19th, 20th or 21'st birthday. It can differ wolf to wolf." She said and flipped her hair looking back at Jimin with a smug face. 

Jimin just sighed as the teacher praised her and paid attention as the class went on. 

"Remember you will be tested on everything before you will be able to pass on to Level 2 classes, so I suggest you take notes and study. Next question. How do you know when you've found your mate?" Several hands went up, "Yes Taemin."

"Along with smelling their strong scent that draws you in, you see your wolf spirit nuzzle up tot hem, lick them, follow them around etc. To let you know they are your true destined mate." 

"Good can anyone see your wolf spirit?" 

The class answered all together, "No!" 

"That's right, no. Only you can see your wolf spirit. He or she doesn't make itself known to you often, only when mating and sometimes if your wolf doesn't like how you're treating your mate. Your wolf spirit may come to you and have a little chat with you and it can get a little physical." 

The room chuckled as it had been rumored to have stories of wolves having scratches and bites on them after waking from sleeping due to their mistreatment of their mate. 

"Can anyone tell me why your wolf spirit may pay you a not-so-friendly visit for mistreating your mate?" She called on a student when they shot their hand up.
