Can't stop thinking

They both bring the kids to MPT. The boy is crying and the girl is weirdly silent. HM and KS look at them and then at each other. HM gestures not to say anything yet. HM is looking at KS sneakily, she is still feeling all that fear and worry she felt when KS was not responding. They reach MPT, they take kids inside. The mother sees the girl and starts scolding her. HM stops her. Kids are sitting near PJ's table. 

PJ: dekho bachho daro mat. Thik se batao ki hua kya hai. 

They are just looking down and say nothing. Mother is getting impatient.

HM: PJ aap inhe lekar humare cabin me aaiye. KS aap bhi aaiye. 

PJ KS: Ji MS.

KS: Santu inki maa ke pas ruko. 

Santu: Ji KM

In the cabin, HM offers them water. 

HM: dekho daro mat hum kuch nahi karenge. Kal subah se jo bhi hua hai thik se batao.

The boy looks up.

Boy: Madam hum Neha se bhot pyar krte hai. humne koi galat kam nahi kiya hai. Puchiye usse wo bhi humse pyar krti hai. 

Girl: Haan madam. Hume sath rehna hai. Gharwale rehne nahi de rahe hai. 

HM: hum samjhte hai. Tumhari umra batao.

Boy: 17

Girl: 17

HM: kya mujhe kuch aur kehne ki jaroorat hai? chalo sath me reh bhi liye to karoge kya? khaoge kya? aage ki padhai kaise karoge? kuch socha hai?

Girl: Kr lenge kuch madam lekin in gharwalon ke sath nahi rehna. Koi hume samjhna hi nahi chahta. 

PJ: dekho beta kanunan tumhe ye haq hai hi nahi ki tum sath raho. Nabalik ho tum. Aur shadi to iske 21 saal ke hone tak nai ho sakti. 

HM: Haan aise samjho ki ye tumhare pyar ka imtehaan hai. Dono ek dusre ko supoort karo, khud ke pairo par khade ho jao phir reh lena sath me.

They both look at each other.

Boy: Mein ise naa dekhu to bimar pad jata hu madam. 

Everyone look at each other.

PJ: To milo roj. Waise bhi college sath me jate ho na?

Boy: Ji

But they all can see they are not convinced. 

KS loses her cool.

KS: Oo topa log. FIR hui hai pata hai na? abhi ke abhi remand home bhej denge. Jail ka maja milega udhar. aise aise bacche milenge, aisi kam karoge roj ki ekdusre ko bhul jaoge. Aur phir bhul jao padhai aur pyar. Jana hai?

Girl:Madam darana chahti aap hume?

HM supports KS to KS's surprise.

HM: Darna to chahiye aapko is baat se. Itna asan nahi hota akele rehna aur remand home me rehna to bilkul bhi nahi. Ye jo keh rahi hai har baat sach hai. 

The girl's mother storms inside. 

Mother: Aisa kya kiya humne jo tumhe humare sath nahi rehna? Tumhe na dekhu to humari halat kya hoti hai socha hai? 

Girls can't look into her eyes. 

PJ: Dekho tumhe koi pyar krne se nahi rok raha, milne bhi se nahi rok raha. bas gairkanuni kam krne se rok rahe hai. Shukr karo humne FIR nahi banayi lekin agar ye phir se hua to jaroor banegi. 

KS: Duniya bhot buri hai beta. Kab kaun tumhe thag le samjh bhi nahi paogi. Pehle thodi duniyadari sikh lo. Phir kr lena apni manmani. 

Both of them nod. KS sighs and HM smiles looking at her.
