A step forward

While coming back KS drives, now HM does not feel awkward at all and holds KS's west, puts her head on her shoulder the whole time. She is feeling calm. But something is bothering KS, she's silent.

They reach HM's house. HM gets down, KS doesn't.
HM: aaiye chai pite hai.
KS: Ji hum kapde badal ke aate hai.

HM is smiling the whole time, KS is not. KS leaves. HM enters the house, throws her jacket aside, enters the bathroom dancing slowly. She is still living all those moments. She wants this day to last forever. She feels the hot water from the shower on her body and remembers the warm hug they shared. She enjoys the bath. She is expecting KS anytime now, she decides to make pakauras with chai.

It's been more than 2 hours now, HM is waiting but KS doesn't arrive. She decides to text her:

HM is lying on her bed while waiting and dozes off.
She wakes up with a jerk, it's past midnight. She checks her phone, still no text no call. She immediately calls KS, now worried but to no avail.
She decides to go to her quarters. She walks there and sees that the lights are on. She decides to climb through window and when she reaches she sees KS is sleeping on her bed, she's wearing a while loose tee and gray shorts. She calls again, KS's phone is on silent. HM shakes her head but smiles at the sight of peacefully sleeping KS. She stays there for a while and then leaves, she takes a picture before leaving.

Next day in MPT
KS comes and goes straight to HM's cabin to give her explanation about last night.

HM doesn't look up and keeps her head in the file.

Outiside the trio is observing this.
