(Jose's POV)
I woke up to hearing battle cries, explosions, screams and gunfire. The war with the Covenant that started years ago is now changing. There starting to gain the upper hand in this so called game to them. My weapons were a "Assault Rifle and a Shotgun". I was in our crashed pelican, and I saw to many dead bodies. I saw som Elites and I killed them. But they had killed other marines and I could see nothing but blood. We finally won the battle and everyone was cheering. But some thing told me that it was a trap.
Flashback
I woke up finding my brother leaving to war. "You can't be going already" I said, "you have to stay". "I'm sorry little bro but duty calls". My parents hugged him and I cried as he left.
End of flashback
I watched the covenant fall back, cheering that we won the war. But out of nowhere a banshee came and dive bombed tons of soldiers. It just missed me but about 10 of us got hit. Then another strike came in and my eyes faded. Then all I could remember after that was pitch black.
(Ryan's POV)
Jose was hit. I ran to him and checked his pulse, he was barely alive. I shouted "Medic!!!", pretty soon I saw Blake coming in. "What's the situation" I asked. "He's barely alive, but he needs to get to get to a hospital and fast, if he doesn't he won't live to fight another day", Blake had told me. They took Jose up in a falcon and I went back to base.
