Chapter 10 The Arbiter

After what happened we received Intel that the Arbiter has been found. If we take him out this could change the war I thought. "We're going after him" I piped up. Everyone looked at me. I continued " don't you get killing can be a major turning point in the war yes he is well guarded but if we send a fleet we just might have a chance, while we have a fleet attack me and a small team will board making our way inside and once we have the chance kill him. And if we can't get to him we destroy all craft they have and blow the ship up from the inside. This could be our only chance. And if your not coming with me I'll go lone wolf like I have before". By then everyone was there even Mikaela came by and saw the plan. "Now I will do this, with or without you guys", I said. "You can't do it alone, you need another Spartan up there, I'm in" Ryan said. I nodded. Then everyone else said they're in. We got the ships ready we were taking off soon. I could tell everyone was worried. So I stepped by then everyone was looking at me. "I know you guys are worried, but this is our only shot, now I can't promise anyone a ride home, but if your with me you know what your getting yourself into. "I'll find my own ride home sir" a marine said. Then everyone started agree and cheer. Then all our ships took off and we went to intercept the covenant. My team was in our pelican inside the ship. The faster we take off the better. Me and Ryan were basically just talking. "This could be our last run", I said. "Well, I got no plans tomorrow night" he replied. All personal we are intercepting the arbiter. Mikaela then got in. "I'm coming to" she said, I nodded. And right when we got out of hyperspace I knew we were gonna be in some deep shit.
