Chapter 11: Hell Inside a Ship

(Ryan's POV)
Well, Jose was right, things are pretty rough. We just got here and already a ship went down and blew up. Then when all hope seemed lost five ships from the left and right came for support. "Heard about your plan looks like you need help", "Holland" I said. But suddenly the pelican was going down, I pressed a button and the lights turned red. "Alright listen up, were right above his ship Mac cannons have busted a whole that we're going into, which means" as I opened the doors "We're wing suiting in, everyone get ready". After a simple countdown we all jumped out, you know jumping out a pelican that exploded while a major space battle is going on sounds fun, but after you experience it first hand, you realize it's not fun at all. Luckily we suffered no casualties. But when I hit the floor Mikaela landed right on top of me. "Hi" she said, but I was in pain to reply but only said this: "Not to ruin the moment but my shields went down when I landed and when you landed on top of me you stepped on a certain area that is hurting so could please get stand up to ease the pain" I said. After she did that I felt relief. Everyone was just looking at me, "You try hitting the floor like that" I said. After we pinpointed his location and went there. While Ryan was trying to get the door open I told everyone expect heavy resistance. They nodded, once the door open we opened fire and I told everyone to move to cover. We already lost two guys and counting. Then the arbiter got up and killed the rest of the squad in seconds. It was just me, Mikaela, and Ryan.
I sighed and ran up to the arbiter, I then jumped on him only to be grabbed by the neck and thrown of the platform.
(Ryan's POV)
I saw Jose fall off the platform. I reloaded my shotgun and fired none stop at the arbiter. Mikaela did the same but his shields made him unstoppable we struggled to take him down. Then all of a sudden Jose got back up and pulled out his knife and stabbed him in the neck breaking his shields.
(Jose's POV)
After that he grabbed my neck again and was staring at me. To be honest I hate being choked, especially by an elite. "Pathetic human, when you learn that this planet will burn to ashes at the hands of the covenant" he told me. And after that he stabbed me right in the stomach and threw me to the side. I heard muffled no's from Ryan and Mikaela followed by gunfire. I saw a plasma grenade from a dead elite and I grabbed it and ignoring the pain, ran to him. I already turned it on and I was going to throw it at him before I realized it was stuck to my hand so I jumped on him. And when he turned to face me it detonated. I looked up and he was near death when he attacked Ryan with both his energy swords. I quickly picked one up and stabbed in the stomach then flipped him over. He grunted and looked at me. I picked up the sword and stabbed him in the face finally killing him. After realized how much damage I took. I had a cracked helmet, chunks of my armor gone, and a few broken bones. As I walked over to everyone I fell and I slowly felt darkness fade in and take over.
