POV SANS

- Well, well, well who do we have here~? Isn't it the great head of the royal guard herself, the one and mighty Undyne? - I said chuckling while looking at tired from running Undyne.

- Let her go! She hasn't done anything to deserve this! It's me who you want right? So let her go! - Undyne screamed at me. It was obvious she was acting because of emotions. Very good...

- Don't you get it? It's Genocide~ - I said as I summoned a bone knife and lifted it to Alphys's neck. - Everybody will die one way or another.

- You sick fuck! I'll kill you! - Undyne tensed and I could see her trying to use magic on me but as she was gonna do it I pulled a knife closer to Alphys. Undyne froze instantly.

- Good. Don't try any tricks Undyne or you will be responsible for her death. Now, do you know why are we here? - I asked as my face turned to be more serious.

- How the fuck am I supposed to know that!? Tell you what is on your mind killer! - Undyne screamed in response.

- Watch your voice please my eardrums are hurting even though I don't have them... Well back to the point. You know I might be a bad guy in this story but still, there is some good inside me, so that's why I have an offer for you. - Seemed like I caught Undyne's attention with my words or because of Alphys, either way, was good as long as she would listen. - If you surrender I will spare you and Alphys and a few other monsters. However if you don't, well you know very well what will happen. I'll slaughter each one of you till only me and Chara will remain. - I accented the last sentence with the most horrid, chilling tone of voice I could muster.

- Me... surrender...? I swore to the crown that I will protect this kingdom. I'm the head of the royal guard and you want me to surrender. I'll surrender only after I bring your dust to Asgore! - Undyne was overfilled with anger. If you could kill someone by looking at them I would be dead by now.

- Oh well, I tried to be nice. Just don't be angry about me for that, you made that CHOICE! - I took Alphys's hand and threw her over the edge.

UNDYNE HELP ME PLEASEE - Alphys's screams echoed as she was falling faster and faster to her demise.

- Come on hero save your love! - With a smirk, I said and grabbed onto Chara's hand and teleported us out of there.

POV ALPHYS

HELP-P - I screamed at the top of my lungs. Even though it was all part of the plan, the feeling of falling to death isn't something to just suppress.

"Don't worry I'm coming!" Undyne's voice got to me. With each moment it was closer and closer. Finally, I could see Undyne diving for me. Dang, she is soooo cool~ I thought to myself. Before I could snap out of my thoughts Undyne grabbed me in her arms. - Hold tight we are about to hit the ground! - She said and I leaned as much as I could grabbed her and closed my eyes.

BOOM!

A bang and the sound of splashing water resounded through the entire Waterfall. For a moment I was scared to open my eyes but eventually, I did. The first thing that I saw was a wide smile of Undyne's.

- I told you I gotcha and I will never let go of you now! - Undyne said full of pride and happiness, I could feel my heart trying to jump out of my chest. There is no doubt, every cell of me was in love with her!

- Thank you U-Undyne~ - I said as she put me gently off her arms onto the ground. - S-so what you gonna do now...? - I asked hesitantly, still trying to fit into the role.

- I'm gonna fight those two killers isn't it obvious? They need to pay for the crimes they committed and only death is what will await them, but first, we need to get you to a safe place. - Undyne said in response.

- Well about that, can you lean over for a second? I have something very important to tell you before we go. Please?

- Sure Al what is it? - Undyne leaned towards me leaving her neck exposed and just in the reach of my hand.

I quickly pulled out a syringe from my lab coat and injected it into Undyne's neck. - What the- Alphys? - Undyne asked confused.

- Don't worry it's a stimulant that will help you with fighting. It boosts your magic resources and makes you much much stronger! - I said trying to act excited.

- Thanks Al I knew I could count on you! You always believe in me just as I believe in you! - Undyne smiled... her smile was so honest and pure that my heart was breaking knowing what I had just done. - Okay Alphys get on my back... we... need you... t-to... - Before she was even able to finish the sentence Undyne fell to the ground unconscious.

It worked... I'm sorry Undyne but I just can't let you die like that. You can't fight against them and I know it... I will protect you, no matter the costs... even though you might hate me afterward.

I take a huge, sad sigh and pull out my cell phone.

Ring ring ring...

She is down you can take her now but please be gentle - I said through the phone.

- Roger. - Sans replied.

Seconds later Sans and Chara appeared before me.

- Good job Alphys. I knew you had it in you. You even came out with a better plan than I originally had. To use drugs to knock Undyne out. That was the best move possible. Not only we didn't have to fight with her but now she won't resist at all. - Sans said clearly astounded with my work.

- I feel like shit but it worked right? Now get her to Ruins. I don't know how long those drugs will work on her. She might wake up faster than expected so the best would be if she was as far as possible from capital. - I replied with a harsh tone.

- Be more happy with your work sister, you just saved a soul...

How can I be happy when in exchange for one I killed the rest...
