"Sooo... how are we supposed to do this?" Marinette asked Chat after he transformed back.

"I will come tomorrow and pick you up. Let's keep this secret, so don't tell anyone."

"Ya, right! Alya will sniff me out within a minute." They both laughed. Marinette was terrible at keeping secrets from her friends.

Chat and Mari were now on the balcony, talking. Out of nowhere, Chat came down and kissed her cheek. Mari squeaked. Passing the moment of shock, they started laughing.

"I believe I earned that kiss goodnight." Chat puckered his lips. He didn't actually expect Marinette to kiss him on the lips, but she did. She grabbed his bell to get him to her level so she could peck him on the lips. However, the force of the pull unzipped his suit to reveal half of his chest and a six-pack. She stared and turned pink. And while Adrien wasn't so sure about the idea that Marinette still liked Chat Noir, he knows that his body still attracts her.

Chat Noir grabbed her phone from her jean pocket and took a selfie at a perfect angle(It's the model in him)."Take a picture. It'll last longer."

If Marinette's face wasn't pink enough, it was now a brighter shade of red. She was used to Chat Noir doing this to Ladybug, but not Marinette. Although she knew it was a joke, Marinette didn't like being teased. Okay, She thought, I can play this game too. She took her phone back and scrolled through her gallery. She found a cute picture of her a year ago in a revealing pink bikini. Her cousin had bought it for her and begged her to wear it to the pool. It showed her curves and skin a little bit more to her liking. Who would have thought that this picture would be useful. She then sent it to the cat phone and waited for Chat's reaction. At first he was speechless, then pink, then he was a tomato. "I'm sending this to Adrien."

"No! Boyfriends don't send their friends pictures off their girlfriends in bikinis!" She tried to reach for the phone, but the distance was a great amount in height.

"Bye Princess!" He ran away and jumped on buildings.

"No! Come back here scaredy cat-"

"Whoever is screaming, shut up!" A nearby neighbor called.

Ugh!

Tikki popped out of the shadows. "I'm excited to see how this goes."

"I'm excited to wrap my hands around that cat's neck," Marinette said in a mockery-sweet tone.

"Oh, sugarcakes..."

Before Marinette went to sleep she quickly added the picture of Chat Noir to her wallpaper.

...

"Hey, Marinette!" Adrien called as she came into the classroom. "We never got to talk yesterd-"

"Adrien!" Lila came into the room and caught everyone's attention. The blonde didn't like being interrupted by the fox.

"What?" He sounded bored.

"I was wondering if you wanted to eat lunch together..." Marinette walked past them and Adrien grabbed her hand. He pulled her into the seat next to him which came unexpectedly on her part. Marinette tried to get up, but banged her thigh against the table and sat down. Nino smiled and sat next to Alya, the one taking pictures of every second. Lila and Chloe gave her a glare.

"Ow!" Adrien flinched as he realized that he might have just caused her pain.

"Sorry, Marinette! I shouldn't have pulled you too hard."

"Oh..." Lila walked off, staring daggers at Marinette.

Marinette was now internally screaming as her crush wants her to sit with him. She was over the moon and completely zoned out as she thought of what this could mean for their relationship. Why is Adrien doing this? Is he finally going to confess his love!??? We can get married! Start a family! Get a hamster and name it... Then she remembered a certain hero. Chat Noir! Wouldn't that be like cheating? I can't do that to Kitty...

"Marinette? Are you okay?" The teacher had called her name multiple times and she only replied after Alya tapped her head like it was a 'turn on' button on a robot. And she came back to life.

"No- I mean- Yes!" She squeaked.

As the teacher droned on in the lesson, Marinette was in her own world and thinking about the blonde sitting next to her. She only heard the teachers finishing word, "This assignment will be due next Tuesday. Since we are running out of time, tomorrow you will pick your topic-" The bell rang. "You are dismissed."

Why do I always pick the worst times to travel to "Marinette Land"?

Everyone was packed up and left for their next class. The third period class just had to be the worst class. Physics! More like psychological harassment. The only thing that every got her through the class was Marinette's trusty friend, Nino. He was surprisingly good at physics and helped her with homework. The table section went by three so Nino, Adrien, and Marinette all sat together. Sadly, Alya had English in the third period.

For most of the period, Marinette just stared at the board not understanding anything. Adrien just stared at Marinette and blushed as she cutely groaned and wrote something in her notes with her sloppy scribble for handwriting.

She's kind of like M'Lady when she's annoyed. He stared even harder. She kind of looks like her too. Wait, No! Stop thinking like that. Marinette couldn't possibly be Ladybug. They are two very important people in my life. I shouldn't compare them. It's not right.

The bell rang and now it was time for lunch break. The three headed towards the usual meet-up. Alya came running towards and grabbed Nino's arm. "Me and Nino are headed to Andre's. You two should have lunch alone together."

"Oh-uh, okay! Bye!" Adrien and Marinette waved as Nino gave Alya a confused expression.

"Well, then..." Adrien started to talk, but his stomach growled loudly over the noise of students. Embarrassing! He turned red and Marinette just giggled.

A flashback to the day before made Marinette become worried. "How much have you eaten yesterday."

"I had a nice dinner when I got home." Adrien was really hoping that she wouldn't push and she would just move on from the subject, but she was too concerned to even stutter.

"You need to be eating more, Adrien! You look like a talking fishbone for goodness sakes." She grabbed his hand and pulled him out of the school grounds and toward the bakery. "Don't try to come up with excuses. My parents have been saying for a while that you can always come over and take something for free."

Is this what having a girlfriend is like? To be cared for? To be worried about even when they are at home? This gave Adrien joy. To be taken care of by someone as special as Marinette gave him butterflies. Even though Marinette doesn't know that she is dating Adrien, she still cares for him like a girlfriend does a boyfriend. Whoever this "buttercup" is, is missing out on something extraordinary. He doesn't deserve as amazing as Marinette. I will make sure that Marinette completely forgets about her love for him so she doesn't have to feel the heartbreak that was eating me inside out.
