The way we celebrated Charles' win was completely his choice, with him not being the biggest fan of the whole clubbing scene he decided that we were going to have a big dinner. The only issue being that everyone had to wear red. Lando was the least enthusiastic he claimed that red was not his colour and I can confirm that it isn't.
I luckily packed a red party dress, one that I actually liked that is. Many of red dresses I own aren't particularly classed as comfortable.
Seeing Arthur in red is an everyday occurance, he just wore a shirt that was questionably the same shade of my dress with some black trousers and new white trainers. We hadn't even left the hotel room and I already knew that them shoes were not going to be that that white when we return.
Everyone was waiting downstairs, ready and prepared to go. Only one couple arrive after us and that was Lando and Luisa.
Me, Arthur, Julia and Charles all went in my car, through my very stern refusal to drive Arthur ended up being nominated, Julia joined him in the passenger seat leaving me and Charles in the back.
I wouldn't say we were friends but I also wouldn't say we weren't, just a whole pile of complicated feelings and memories.
"I still can't believe you won," I smiled meeting his green eyes.
"Is it so hard to believe that I can win?" He joked placing a hand to his heart dramatically.
"Yes, actually," I admitted sticking my tounge out at him.
Before we could get another word out of either of our mouths the two people in front of us started whispering, completely inaudible to either me or Charles.
"What's going on with those two?" He smirked whispering into my ear as quiet as he could while pointing between them.
I shrugged while showing the words 'I don't know,' on the screen of my phone avoiding making any noise.
The dimples I once loved appeared on his face as he admired his brother and Julia gossiping between themselves. Being within less than a metre of him felt so unfamiliar, very different to only two years ago when I thought I'd be lost without him near me.

Arriving at the restaurant seemed to take longer than I thought, Arthur got lost about six times before he ended up turning at the correct turn off.
Every car belonging to the other drivers seemed to be there, parked intricately in a line leaving one spot at the end for us.
The restaurant seemed quite elegant, gentle music played through the speakers covered by conversations filling the room cramped with dining customers.
