Hey, I'm Jae. Or Gay Jae, or unless you want me to hurt you, Jaelyn.
Yeah, I'm a classical butch. I hate being called by my real name. It's too femme.Anyway... As you can probably see I have blonde and brown hair, piercings, tattoos... You name it.
I'm not suggested an overly confident person but I like myself enough to appreciate how far I've come.
So here's a little about me.
I'm 19 and a half, I live in an apartment in Sherman Oaks, LA. It's a nice place, I've lived with my best friend Steph for four years now, I know what you're thinking; fifteen is a little young to move out but shit happens, right?I'm currently working with my uncle, as a hair and makeup artist. But I was thinking of moving on to photography or music. But what better place to chase my dreams than LA? Right?!
Enough about me, I have a busy day ahead. (When I say busy, I mean I'm gonna go clothes shopping and get my nipples pierced. Freaking out!)
With that I grab my car keys off the counter and giving Steph a quick goodbye I head out for a day of me time.
It's good to treat yourself, especially when your pay check could buy a small house (not literally, but I'm not poor!).Driving downtown I stopped at my usual Starbucks to grab an iced coffee and headed back out to the mall.
I parked my 1969 Chevrolet Camaro (best birthday present EVER) and made my way inside the mall. Time to hit the shops!
- 3:50pm -
Shit, I'm currently waiting outside the piercing shop overthinking about my new piercings. Nipples are sensitive okay!?
Ugh. I can do this. I waltz into the shop ready for this. I've had tattoos and other piercings but never anything as delicate as this.
I clench my teeth as I watch the hipster looking guy pull out a needle and two piercings.
Oh god. I'm pretty sure I'm like, sheet white right now.Squeezing my eyes shut I feel him clamp my nipple and within three seconds it was done. What was I worried about?
Ten minutes later I waltzed out. Bra-less and burning. Yes, my nipples are on fire right now.On the drive home I notice a minor accident on the road, that sucks. For them. Looks like someone knocked a biker down. Stuff like this makes me worried about getting a Harley Davidson when I'm older. I like old stuff okay. I'm old fashioned. But yet so young minded.
As I opened the door to our apartment I was leaped on by Steph. She was unusually clingy today.
"Missed you boo" she said kissing my cheek.
"Alright what do you want." I asked her."WHAT? Nothing! Can't I miss my best friend? My sista from another mista'? My noodle from anoth-"
"OKAY! I get it, chill!" I cut her off and throw her down onto the couch and grab a beer from the fridge."You want a cold one?" I shout to Steph.
She doesn't reply so I just take her one anyway.
Wait where did she go? I swear she's ninja."RAWR". I heard from behind me and expected the worst, but I turned around to see her holding a KITTEN?!
"HOLY FUCK?! Where did you get this cutie! Oh my god, he's adorable" I swoon over the kitten and take him from her arms.
"Guess what today is?" She asks.. Shit, I didn't forget something important did I?
I give her a look as if to say 'continue'."Today is 10 years ago since we became friends so I thought I'd buy you something that will last. Just don't tell it you're a lesbian, they're smart. He'll figure out what you eat if you do!"
I just laugh and cuddle the kitten into my arms.
"Ahh this is amazing thank you. But I totally forgot! I didn't even realise you'd been counting!". I explained. She brushed it off and we decided on the kittens name. Benji.I love it! I love him! He's Siamese and agh he's got this cute little brown face.
After thanking Steph multiple times I decided to cook her dinner whilst she played with Benji.
After eating, we settled down to a movie and I was soon drifting in and out of sleep.
