Y/n was just a normal girl who moved from Florida to Brooklyn and was sent to Brooklyn Visions Academy. She meets Miles on her first day of school but then in a dark alley way she gets bitten by a radioactive spider and she is guided along the way...
You wake up the next morning to your alarm clock beeping. It's so loud it seems like there was a bomb in your room. You yawn and stretch out your toes. You push through your curtains to see Brooklyn in the morning daylight. It looked pretty nice you had to admit. You walked down the stairs and blink sleepily as you walk towards the kitchen. You open the fridge door and grab the orange juice and a cup from the cupboard and pour yourself a glass. You hear your mom in the dining room flipping through pages of the newspaper.
"You know Mom, there's an app on your phone so you can watch the news it's way easier." You say as you sit down at the table.
"I can never figure those stupid phones out let me just read in peace and finish your food you have school in a hour." Your mom says and goes back to reading her newspaper.
"Ok I'll eat.. wait what I have school, where?!" you say in disbelief.
"Honey it is a Monday morning of course you have school" your mom chuckles.
"Ok ok whatever, what is the school called" you say impatiently.
"Brooklyn Visions Academy" your mom says excitedly.
"Oh no! Not that school, we have to wear uniforms and sleep in a dorm I don't want to do that." You whine.
"Oh sweetie it's going to be fun you'll meet new people and they have so many cool classes and you'll just have a blast I know it!" Your says excitedly with a big smile.
"Ok I guess I'll try it." You say and put on a fake smile.
"Ok well you better eat school starts in an hour" your mom says and goes back to reading her newspaper.
You stuff your face with a bagel and cream cheese and run upstairs. You go to your moms room and grab your uniform she laid out for you. Once in your room you undress out of your pjs and your bunny slippers and put on the uncomfortable shirt and pants. You look at the gray jacket and decide to put it on to cover the wrinkles in your white shirt.

You brush your teeth and do all your other necessities and your about to head out when your mom hugs you so tight that you think your going to suffocate right there.
"Mom I love you too, but I really have to go I'm going to be late and I have to find my dorm and everything still." You say hugging your mom back.
"Oh your just so grown up now sweetie, next thing we known it your going to be an adult" your mom says through her happy tears.
You kiss your mom on the cheek and say goodbye to Jack and head out to the high school. As your walking you notice the different types of people. They are way different than the laid back people of Florida and here they seem very anxious and always walking very fast. As your admiring Brooklyn you look at your watch and you only have 10 minutes to get to the high school. You run as fast as you can and finally after all that running you made it to the high school. You look around and it's very big it looks like it could be a college. You walk up the steps of the campus and brace yourself for this new environment.
"Hopefully I'm not too late" you say to yourself and nervously gulp as you open the entrance doors.
