( 2 : Love and Hate are such strong words, they also cause so much pain. )

(4 months before she met him)

Ri Dae Hyun asked her to meet him at the Badminton Court where he usually stays, since she had no choice but to help him out with his documentary just to get the book that she badly needed— she has no money left to buy it outside so she just prefer to borrow from their library.

She caught Dae Hyun was still playing so she just sat down in one of the benches there. She just watched how he played badminton. And his fangirls were right, Dae Hyun is really a monster when it comes on playing the sport.

Haneul blinked and shook her head, “Anio. He wasn't good at anything. He is a pervert, he curse too much, he always start trouble and worst, he steals someone else's girlfriend.”

During her almost four years of staying at Seoul National University, she heard nothing but men complaining about Dae Hyun hitting on their girlfriends.

Haneul could still clearly remember when she first met Dae Hyun, although she doesn't personally know him for the past three years, she knew him through her classmates who has a crush on him, he was having a street fight and his opponent kept on cursing Ri Dae Hyun for stealing his girlfriend— although there are no strong evidence, Haneul caught him flirting with Hoon's girlfriend so she believed that the rumor is true.

“i should have kicked his ass.” she thought.

“Yah! Park Haneul.”

Her thoughts was interrupted when Dae Hyun threw a towel on her face. She immidiately removed the towel and threw it back on him.

He smirked, “How's my game? Did you enjoyed watching me? Am I that hot athlete? Ohhh, aigoo. I know you're speechless, stop drooling over.”

Haneul cleared her throat because she couldn't believe her ears, “You're not my type. Mollayo, just give me the book.”

Dae Hyun laughed it off and threw an envelope on her face, she annoyingly picked it up and take a look at it.

“What's this?” she asked.

“Contract.”

Her eyes widened.

“w-wae?! I need an assurance that you'll really help me.” he continued.

Haneul annoyingly scratched the back of her head and glared at him, “Why do we need this?! I promised, Im really going to help you so no need for this contract—”

“You still have to sign it. Or else, you're not going to have that book. Choayo?” he smirked.

“Aish! Why are you doing this to me?!” she annoyingly stated and pull out a pen then signed the contract.

“Are you done signing?”

“Deh.”

Dae Hyun took a picture of the contract then handed it back to her.

“What am I gonna do with this?” she curiously asked.

Dae Hyun smiled widely, “Read it loud.”

“Gwaenchana!”

“Kindly raise your right hand, please?”

“Aish...”
