You've had a crush on Dustin ever since you saw him. Of course you never told him and you never would. Well Dustin was at a camp for smart people and he had just got back. You and your friends surprised him when he got home and he ended up spraying hairspray in Lucas's eyes.

Dustin was talking about this cool ass radio he built at his camp. But then he brought up something that shattered my heart into a-million pieces.

"I have a girlfriend"
He said.

My smile then turned into a frown. As everyone else gasped. Or was like "WHAT!?!?" Very shocked.

"Ok so let's go set this bad boy up shall we"
Dustin said.

"Oh I umm, Just remember my parents wanted me to help them with something"
I said awkwardly.

"What? Come on m/n I just got back. Cant it wait?"
Dustin asked.

"No sorry it cant, it's really important"
I said wile backing away to the door before opening it and leaving.

I got on my bike and went home on the verge of tears the entire ride. It was only when I shut the door to my room that I broke down.
