1: Tonnage limitations will be imposed on all powers involved in the treaty with a 5:5:3.2.5:1.75:1.75 ratio as seen in the Graph below:

2: Capital Ships (Battleships and Battlecruisers) are limited to 35,000 tons Standard Displacement and a maximum armament of 16-inch guns.

3: Aircraft Carriers are limited to 27,000 tons, a maximum of 10 heavy guns with a maximum calibre of 8 inches, each signatory is allowed to convert 2 existing hulls into aircraft carriers with a displacement of 33,000 tons each, all existing aircraft carriers are considered to be "experimental" and does not count to the tonnage.

4: All other ships are limited to 10,000 tons and have a maximum calibre of 8 inches.

5: Each power must scrap their ships to maintain their tonnage limitations, decommissioning them and turning them into Museum ships are also allowed.

6: From 1923 to 1928, no new battleships or battlecruisers were to be constructed.

7: The IJN Mikasa and HMS Dreadnought are allowed to be preserved as museum ships.
