We meet again

After a couple of hours of being in the library, he had read a lot of books about Wei Ying's situation and concluded that rest was actually a good thing and he should let the younger boy wake up on his own. He got up and made his way to the hall where everyone ate and went to the kitchen, politely asking the cook if he could make him food, to which the cook agreed although confused as to why the young master was eating so late, but nevertheless he still prepared him his meal, which Lan Zhan ate like he hadn't eaten in days, which was actually his case, he hadn't even realized that he was hungry until he actually ate something after so many days. After he finished, which was rather fast, he washed his plate, feeling bad for both walked out already feeling much better, and went to his room to finally be able to get a proper sleep as it was almost the curfew anyways.

As he entered, he looked at Wei Ying and sighed, he really didn't know what to do now, or even more when the younger would wake up. But he put those thoughts away for now, he would think about this tomorrow. He laid down next to Wei Ying and fell asleep, finally being able to rest.
The next morning, he woke up to the bright light entering his room thru his window, he sat up and got up, putting on his formal clothes as he got ready for the day. He felt so much better, after resting properly he felt good as new. He was ready to get out when he suddenly heard something." L-Lan Zhan?". He froze in his place as he heard the voice coming from behind turning around slowly, facing Wei Ying, who was looking around confused, trying to figure out how he had ended up in Lan Zhan's room.

Lan Zhan still hadn't spoken, just looking at Wei Ying in shock that he had woken up so randomly in the morning. He was feeling so many emotions at the moment, sadness, happiness, but most importantly he was relieved that the younger had woken up and seemed to be fine." Wei Ying". Said Lan Zhan as he finally spoke, the shock evident in his voice." Lan Zhan i-i missed you so much". Said the younger as he broke down into tears as he remembered everything that had happened. Lan Zhan bent down and hugged the younger tight as he let his tears down go down too. They both embraced each other like there is no tomorrow, having missed each other's touch and being able to hold each other. " Wei Ying what happened? I searched for you so long". Said the older without letting go of the other." I know, it's ok now". Replied the younger, comforting both him and himself".

They both held each other not saying another word after that, just enjoying being able to hug each other after not being able to do so for so long. They stayed like that for a long time, not wanting to move and ruin the moment but alas they had to, knowing that now that Wei Ying was awake they had to figure out what to do and how to handle the situation. Lan Zhan took care of Wei Ying, gave him food and water and of course, hugged him while doing all of this, still not being able to believe that he was finally able to really hug the younger boy he has been searching so desperately for for the last few weeks. They were finally reunited now and Lan Zhan could have been more happy about that. And Wei Ying felt the same, although his body was unconscious, he was awake mentally and every minute of that was like torture, he was able to hear so much and felt every single emotion too, which was mainly missing Lan Zhan and the fact that he wasn't able to do anything about it was so frustrating and sad to him, he wished he could've gotten up and run to Lan Zhan to have comforted him but he wasn't able to to.

But now he was awake and in Lan Zhan's embrace and nothing could've made him feel better that Lan Zhan's comforting presence, his reassuring words or his warm hugs. When they let go of each other they both felt cold without each other but Lan Zhan had to go to his brother in order to figure out everything now that he was awake." Can I come?". Asked Wei Ying as he gave the older puppy eyes, which worked as the older nodded after a moment of hesitation." But you have to hide, no one can see you". Said the older in a serious tone as the younger nodded.Lan Zhan stepped out of his room making sure that no one was there to see them and let Wei Ying come out as the younger took in the morning air, he felt like it had been ages since he had been outside when it had only been about two days, but he had been trapped in his own unconscious body without being able to get out and see the world.

Lan Zhan watched as the young boy took in the breeze, he looked so beautiful, he smiled as he took the boy's hand and hid him like he had before and walked as Wei ydidnt do anything, too shocked to even do so as he had not been expecting Lan Zhan to do this. They arrived at his brother's room quite quickly and Lan Zhan knocked before going in, making sure to have heard his brother's usual      ' yes'. He came in looking a little flustered, which was normal considering the fact that the younger man was so close to him, well he was literally hiding in his robe. Xichen on the other hand almost immediately noticed that something was different, he hadn't seen such emotions in his brother's eyes in such a long time." Hello Wangji, i'm guessing that childe Wei woke up?". He asked as he couldn't find another answer." Yes". He said as took the younger out from under his robes." It is good to see you again childe Wei".
