Stop to blush

Lan Zhan got lost in thought as he thought back to all of his and Wei Ying's Moments that they had, he really couldn't help but zone out when thinking about the younger boy that was currently next to him as they walked back to his room. He looked at him as he walked, he looked so beautiful and pretty and cute all at the same time and Lan Zhan couldn't help the small blush that made its way on his face as he looked away from the younger man. Sometimes he didn't even know how to act around the younger, he was just so cute to the older that he would just stare at him and zone out mid conversation, to which Wei Ying would giggle at him as he was obviously caught and blushed and looked away while clearing his throat. Wei Ying had recently been feeling different towards the man, it had been a couple of weeks since he had been living with the Lan's and he had made some friends that he sometimes hangs out with but he is mostly with Lan Zhan.

Spending so much time with the Lan made him remember all of there moments that they had and he couldn't help but blush sometimes thinking back to how close they were and how it seems like it hadn't changed at all even tho he had been missing foronths before being back with Lan Zhan, they felt like they had known each other for lifetimes, which always made it easy for them to talk or to just jang out with each other, they only ever truly felt confortable around each other, like they could be there true selves around each other without feeling like they were judged or not understood, they understood each other perfectly, they didn't even have to talk to know what the other wanted, they could read each other so easily, like no one else could, not even there family, which was Lan Xichen, who was also shocked by how easily Wei Ying was able to read his little brother.

But he was glad that Lan Zhan had someone that understood him so well, Lan Zhan had always been the quiet and shy kid that never spoke to much and that didn't change when he became older and people just assumed that he was just cold a d they could never understand what emotion he was feeling, but Wei Ying could, and so easily too, it honestly impressed Lan Xichen that he could tell what Lan Zhan was feeling or what he wanted even better than himself, but he was happy that they had each other, it was clear to him that the two were soulmates, made for each other. Lan Zhan was currently walking around cloud recesses with Wei Ying hanging off of his side of course, things hadn't changed a bit as the two were still inseparable and Wei Ying was still as clingy as always, and Lan Zhan still as patient and caring as always towards the younger, the two honestly hadn't changed a bit.

Wei Ying smiled at the older as he remembered the first time he tasted spicy food, it was a sunny day and Wei Ying was eating with Lan Zhan out at Caiyi city and Wei Ying had insisted on Lan Zhan trying his favorite food, which was obviously not like what Lan Zhan was used to eating back at cloud recesses where it was always just plain food, so when he tasted it his face immediately became red and he started to sweat and even had some tears in his eyes that he was holding back as he tried to maintain his breathing, Wei Ying just took one look at his face and he started to laugh so much that he also ended up crying at the older's state, he looked so funny at the moment and him not saying anything and just continuing eating like nothing was wrong made Wei Ying laugh even more at that time.

But now when he remembered that moment, he thought it was actually kind of cute that he kept eating for his sake because he knew that if Lan Zhan was alone he would most likely stop and throw the food out so the fact that he even finished his plate without even complaining or saying anything made him blush at his thoughtfulness as he turned to look at him which made him blush even more as he quite literally admired Lan Zhan's beauty, which was unimaginably perfect. He was so immersed that he didn't notice Lan Zhan looking back at him, also blushing a little at having caught the younger starring at him, Wei Ying didn't notice tho, he was so lost in his eyes that it didn't even cross his mind that he was caught starring, that is until Lan Zhan clears his throat

He blushed harder as they stopped walking and started at each other, lost in each other's eyes, they couldn't look away from each other." You're so perfect Lan Zhan". Said Wei Ying as he realized what he just said and blushed even more from embarrassment as Lan Zhan also blushed from the complement, he had no idea how to react, he had never been complemented like that and he didn't know how he felt about it, but he liked the feeling." You-you are pretty". He answered and blushed at what he said, thinking that it was weird but when he saw Wei Ying blush at smile shyly he relaxed and watched as the younger cute looked at the floor for a minute before looking back at him. At this point they were both bright red all over the face and didn't know what to say to each other.

It was silent but it was not akward, it was actually quite the opposite, they were in a comfortable silence." Wei Ying, i- would you like to go to the library with me?". He asked and immediately hit himself mentally when he stuttered and started to curse himself but he stopped as he noticed that Wei Ying giggled and found it the cutest thing ever and his heart beat sped up." Ok, do we go now?". Asked Wei Ying as he could feel his heart beat speed up too." Yes". Answered Lan Zhan shortly as he was scared that he would stutter again. Wei Ying smiled at Lan Zhan and started walking towards the library, leaving Lan Zhan standing there smiling widely as he walked behind the younger.
