"Good morning Wangji and Wuxian". Said Xichen cheerfully as the two mentioned nous entered the hall to eat breakfast. It had been a couple of days since that night, they had confessed to each other that they loved each other and Lan Zhan had asked Wei Ying to be his boyfriend, to which Wei Ying obviously said yes, but they had yet to say that to anyone, they weren't sure if they should say it to anyone, Wei Ying was honestly fine with making their relationship known but he wasn't sure if Lan Zhan was and he was a little nervous to ask him about it. He didn't know why he was nervous to talk to him about it, he knew that he could always talk to the other and never have to worry about anything, he could always be comfortable to tell him anything so it confused him why he was all of the sudden nervous to talk to him.
Lan Zhan on the other hand had been feeling the same way as his new lover, je didn't mind telling people he was close to that they were dating, he didn't even mind making it public but he was not sure if Wei Ying was ok with it and he was a little scared of asking him, he didn't want to pressure him into thinking that he had too or something like that so he didn't really touch on the subject. With those thoughts in mind, they both sat down next to Xichen and started eating. The older Lan stopped eating at some point and looked at the two younger boys suspiciously." What are you two hiding?". He asked as he chuckled at their shocked faces." Is it that obvious?". Whispered Wei Ying as he turned to talk to Lan Zhan, who was looking at his brother up until that point, when Wei Ying turned to him he looked at him.
Xichen was shocked at the difference, when Lan Zhan looked at him it was a brotherly love, but when he looked at Wei Ying it was totally different, it was more than friendship or brothers, it was love." Well, we are a couple now Zewu-Jun". Said Wei Ying after he got consent from Lan Zhan, who had simply nodded." Really? I'm so happy for you two, i was wondering when it was finally going to happen". Said Xichen with enthusiasm and it surprised the two others that he had reacted as if he had been expecting this." Oh well don't look at me like that, you two were quite obvious". Said Xichen as he teased them. The two boys blushed at his words, were they really that obvious? Well, apparently yes because it seemed like Lan Zhan's older brother knew about their feelings for each other even longer then they had known about them.
They finished eating and they all continued talking about random things, these last few days Wei Ying and Xichen had gotten quite close, Xichen was like a older brother to Wei Ying and Wei Ying was like a little brother to Xichen, he felt protective towards Wei Ying like he did towards Lan Zhan." So, when do you think it will be safe for me to go out?". Asked Wei Ying as he looked at the two Lan's." Well, i actually have an idea". Said Xichen as he looked at the younger, who was looking at him waiting for the answer." You becoming part of the clan, it would mean that you are with us and no one could take you because you would be a Lan, so no one would kill you, they wouldn't dare". He said as Wei Ying looked at him shocked." You can do that?". Asked Wei Ying." Well it can be difficult, but there are some options". Said Lan Xichen as he looked at his younger brother as if they knew something that Wei Ying didn't." And those options are?". Asked Wei Ying.
Lan Zhan blushed as he looked away from his brother, knowing what he was about to say." Well, you could become a Lan by, well, literally becoming a Lan". Said Xichen as he looked at Wei to see if he understood, which he obviously did as he blushed when he understood what he meant." Well it's really up to you two". Said Xichen as he got up and walked away from the duo, who were now staring at each other." So... What should we do now?". Asked Wei Ying as he got up and walked over to Lan Zhan to sit down next to him." Well, it's your choice, i love you". Said Lan Zhan as he wrapped an arm around his lover, Wei Ying leaned in to rest his head on Lan Zhan's shoulder." I mean, we've only been together for a couple of days, but we have known each other for years, and i know that i've liked you for far more than a couple of days". Said Wei Ying as he kissed the older's cheek." Well, i know that there is no one i would rather spend my life with than you, so if we do get married i guess we would just be letting the world know that". Said Wei Ying as he smiled at Lan Zhan." It would also mean that you are safe". Added Lan Zhan as he smiled back at Wei Ying and gave him a small kiss.
The two had decided, it was clear what their choice was, so they got up and decided to tell Xichen now, there was no denying it that the two loved each other and they both wanted to spend the rest of their lives together." Xiongzhang, we would like to talk to you". Said Lan Zhan as he went up to his brother who was reading a book in the library, Wei Ying following Lan Zhan." I'm listening". Answered Xichen as he closed his book." We will het married, Wei Ying will be part of the clan". Said Lan Zhan as he held Wei Ying's hand and brought him so that he is next to him." That's wonderful! I'm so happy for you two". Said Xichen as he got up and hugged the two younger boys." Ok, well i will prepare everything so you two lovebirds can relax". Said Xichen all exited as he ran out of the library." Well, looks like we're getting married". Said Wei Ying as he looked up to his soon to be husband, who smiled back at him and hugged him
