At night

Ritesh's room

Ritesh was doing his work. Ritika was decorating the windows and curtains of their room. She always loved to decorate her room. Ritesh wasn't interested in such things. So he didn't minded it.

Ritika was standing in a small ladder and was hanging a bulb. Suddenly Ritesh noticed it and he warned her..." Ritika... Be careful.. you're standing at the corner of Ladder..."

"It's okay... I will manage it..." Said Ritika...

"Ritika... Just listen to me... I will do it... Come down..." Ritesh said.

"Hloo... I know how to do it... Okay.. I don't need anyone's help..." Said Ritika annoyingly.

Ritesh rolled his eyes...

Suddenly Ritika fell down from the ladder. "Aaah...." She cried.

Ritesh started to laugh like a mad... Ritika looked at him annoyingly.

" Mrs. Crazy.... I warned you right..? But you were overconfident...and you challenged me... Look at your current condition...😂" Said Ritesh and laughed.

Ritika looked at him annoyingly.... She said " You're indeed a devil... Aah..." Suddenly she cried while patting her hands ...

Seeing her condition he went near her quickly and checked her hands. She was looking at him only... Without wasting time he picked her up in bridal style. She was  shocked to the core. He made her lay on the bed  ....
"Are you okay...?" He asked in concern.

She nodded. He smiled at her.

After sometimes

Nakul's Room

Nakul was scrolling his phone. Suddenly someone put hands on his shoulder. He looked up and saw Ritika standing there with a card. She gave it to him.

"What's this bhabhi...?" He asked at her confusingly...

"It's priya's wedding invitation card.. Today I found this from Parth's wardrobe, our family is also invited..." Said Ritika and looked at him sadly.

Nakul looked at her sadly...." We don't have any connection with Mr. Kapoor, then why did he invited us...?" Asked Nakul in confusion...

"Becz Our Dad and Mr. Kapoor were
friends from childhood..." Said Ritesh entering into the room.

Ritesh already got to know about the relationship between Priya and Nakul. Ritika told him about it and Nakul also know that.

"Ohh..." Nakul said without any expression.

"He said we should all get there..." Ritesh said without knowing the real intentions of the kapoors

" No Bhai... I can't..."said Nakul.

"Nakul, I can understand your situation brother.... But you have to come there.... He's our dad's friend... It's our responsibility to go there...It's about our father's dignity..." Said Ritesh while patting Nakul's shoulder affectionately.

"Yeah... Nakul... After witnessing her marriage, you will accept the reality..." Ritika said looking at Nakul.

"Yeah..She is right.." supported Ritesh.

Nakul reluctantly agreed to them.

Next evening

Tommorow is priya's wedding. But Suhani decided to go there today itself. Everyone reached at priya's house. Nakul was standing there with a heavy heart. Suddenly Ritika went to attend a phone call. Whole Malhotra family except Ritika recieved a warm welcome from Mr and Mrs Kapoor. After sometimes Ritika went inside the house and went to Priya's room to meet her.
