"ʸᵒᵘ ʷᵃⁿⁿᵃ ᵗᵉˡˡ ᵐᵉ ʷʰᵃᵗ ᵗʰᵉ ᶠᵘᶜᵏ ᵗʰᵃᵗ ʷᵃˢ ˡᵃˢᵗ ⁿⁱᵍʰᵗ?" Leo Marcus sighed, sitting down next to Rosemary on her couch. Luckily, today was the family's day off of filming, so they were able to talk freely.

"What? What are you talking about?" She looked up from her phone.

"You made me third-wheel you and Matt!" He exclaimed.

"What? We weren't on a date! Me and Matt are just friends," Rosemary shook her head.

"Bull fucking shit," Leo rolled his eyes. "Matt didn't want me there and I didn't want to be there, it was so fucking awkward. I literally text your sisters and begged them to help."

"What? Are you serious?" Mare scoffed.

"Yes, bro! Whether or not you view him as just a friend, he definitely views you as more, trust me," Leo explained.

"I don't believe you," Mare shook her head.

"Girl... why would I be lying right now," Leo laughed.

"Well, shit," Mare sighed. "What do I do?"

"I dunno, flirt with him, I guess," He shrugged. "Or don't. Do whatever you want. Make sure you're clear with your intentions, though. You don't want to lead him on or anything."

"Okay..."

"Also... I have a favor that I need help with," Leo smiled hopefully.

"What?" Mare sighed.

"This weekend is my cousin Will's birthday and I need you to come with me to the dinner for it," He begged.

"What? Why?" Rosemary exclaimed.

"Because," Leo whined. "I get to bring a plus one but I don't have any other friends."

"So I'm a last resort? Sweet," Mare glared.

"No!" Leo shook his head. "Look, my parents love you, Will loves you, and you'll get a really nice free meal."

"You had me at free meal," Rosemary smiled.

"Had I known I needed to dress fancy, I wouldn't have agreed to this," Rosemary glared at Leo.

"Trust me, you're gonna love this. Hurry up, my mom wants pictures," Leo rushed.

"Beauty takes time, Leonard," Mare glared at him.

Within 30 minutes, Rosemary was making her way down the stairs, greeting Leo's parents, his cousin Will, who she has also known since a young age, Will's parents, and Leo's maternal grandparents.

"Rosemary, darling!" Mrs. Marcus greeted the girl. "It's lovely to see you again, don't you look wonderful! Oh, would you be a doll, and pose outside for me please? I'd love to get some pictures of you and Leo for my collage."
