"ᴹᵃʳᵉ, ᵃʳᵉ ʸᵒᵘ ᵃˡᵐᵒˢᵗ ʳᵉᵃᵈʸ?" Maggie shouted up the stairs to her younger sister.
"I'm coming!" Rosemary shouted back, grabbing her bag before jogging down the stairs.
"Where are we going?" Lily questioned, looking up from her phone.
"To get breakfast," Maggie grabbed her keys. "We're going to have an amazing day and do so much stuff that--"
"I forget about Matt?" Mare's words silenced everyone as they all got into the car. "Don't worry about it. He's forgotten."
"Good," Maggie nodded. "Then we can have an amazing day with just the four of us."
After getting food from a nearby bakery, the three Han sisters & their honorary brother, Leo, decided to head back home and bake something, not knowing that doing so would end up triggering Mare's waterworks.
"Matt and I baked a cake the last time we hung out," She sobbed into Leo's arms.
"Would a Target trip make you feel better?" Lily suggested, making the girl cry even harder.
"He bought me stuff at Target," She sniffled.
"He's forgotten," Lily rolled her eyes, earning a smack from Maggie.
"Mare, when you're usually upset, what is it that you do to help process your emotions?" Leo asked.
"I write music," She mumbled.
"So write music," Leo shrugged. "Get your notebook and I'll drive you to the studio and wait for you to record."
"Really?" She looked up from Leo's arms, the boy responding with a nod.
"Oh, Mare, you got mascara on his shirt," Maggie laughed as the girl peeled away.
"I'm sorry," She cried, hugging Leo once again.
