Y/N stared at the black leather jacket belonging to Heizou in her closet, reminding her of the night he took her home. I should probably return this.

Pulling her phone out, she texted Hu Tao.

Y/N:
Do you know where I can return a jacket that someone gave to me?

Hu Tao:
did u accidentally take someone else's jacket or did u buy smth from goodwill what

Y/N:
Heizou lended me his jacket the night of the party, and now I'm not sure what to do with it.

Hu Tao:
you should wear it!! trust me this is what everyone does. also, carrying it around would be super awk.

Y/N:
So.. wear it to school?

Hu Tao:
YES omg ure catching on bae

Y/N:
Bae?

Hu Tao:
dw abt it! just wear it, and then give it to him at school

Y/N:
Okay! You're the best, Hu Tao!

Hu Tao:

Hu Tao snickered at her phone as Yanfei displayed a facial expression full of worry. "What if people think they're dating?"

"That's the point!"

Y/N showed up to school wearing the leather jacket and a simple outfit, a bit weirded out. Everyone seemed to be looking at her in awe and whispering, and she couldn't help but feel a bit embarrassed. This is weird.

Until, one boy came up to her. "Y/N?"

"Hello! How can I help?"

"Are you dating Heizou? The delinquent?"

Y/N's eyes widened at the question. "No! Why would you think that?!"

"You're wearing his jacket.."

Wait a minute. Did Hu Tao lie to me?! "Oh, I'm just returning the jacket."

"If you aren't dating him, maybe we can go out?" He asked. "I'm sorry for being so upfront but.."

"Who said we weren't dating?"

Y/N turned around to be met with Heizou's eyes, full of mischief. As he placed his arm around her shoulder, he pulled her closer to him. Too close! "Now, move along."

The boy cowered in fear of the green-eyed male, running off. Y/N glared at him, angrily. "You frightened him!"

"Why bother with those losers? You have me! I'm handsome, charming, witty..." Heizou said, letting go of Y/N.

"You're also a pain to deal with. You almost destroyed all my school work, Shikanoin Heizou." Heizou grimaced at the full name. Y/N took off the jacket carefully, folding it and holding it out towards him. "Your jacket."

The dark-haired boy looked down at the jacket, and then looked back at her. Smirking, he scoffed. "Keep it. It looks cute on you."

Y/N felt heat race to her cheeks once again as she watched him walk away. She hated him.
