#2 (Zayn Malik)

Imagine getting a text from Harry that says 'You busy tonight? We wanna hang out and you need to talk to Zayn. He's been in some sort of a different world all day.'

You respond saying 'When and where do you wanna meet? I don't know if it's a good idea for me to talk to zayn right now.'

Harry replies 'The beach, with dinner please? Xx'

As your packing the picnic dinner, you can't help but let your mind drift to Zayn and what could possibly be bugging him. Every time you see Zayn and your eyes connect with his or his hand brushes yours, you feel this jolt of electricity run through body but you try to hide it because you know he will never feel the same. Harry has asked you about it but you won't even tell him.

The more you think about seeing Zayn the more tense you get and by the time your suppose to leave you realize you don't even have your bathing suit on. 'Oh well,' you think, 'I'd rather not be late'.

As you pull up to the beach, you see the boys cars but you can't see them anywhere on the beach. You decide to pick a spot in the sand and let them find you. You set the blanket out and set the basket down. As you are trying to keep the blanket from blowing all over the place you don't realize someone is behind you.

Suddenly a hand reaches down and you jump when a deep voice says, 'Here, let me help you.'

You know instantly who it is. Your heart starts pounding and you can't breathe but you somehow squeeze a 'Thanks' out.

Finally the blanket is fixed down and you sit comfortably on it. Zayn takes a seat next to you looking at the waves. You don't know where to begin because the closeness of him makes you dizzy.

Suddenly he turns so he's facing you. against your better judgment, you look at him and your heart starts beating irregularly He is looking at you with such intensity like you have never seen before. With his chocolate eyes fixed on yours, you can see the emotions running through those eyes.

Finally he opens his mouth and whispers your name. You smile a little and say, 'Yes Zayn?'

He sighs quietly. Then he takes a deep breath and says, 'I don't know to say this but I can't stop thinking of you. You spark feelings and emotions inside of me I have never felt before. I don't know if you feel the same but I need to know what you feel.'

You stare incredulously at him before finally realizing he's waiting for a response. You swallow and say, 'Zayn...I...you...*sigh* I'm no good with words.' He smiles kindly and waits patiently.

'I can't believe you feel like that about me.' You continue slowly, 'I always thought there was someone else.' You definitely are still in shock.

Realization slowly dawns on Zayn's face and he scoots closer to you. You shiver and he notices then smiles. 'There was never anyone else. I was not prepared for the depth of my feelings for you, that's it. That's why I kept distance between us. Is it to much to ask you to be...well...be my girlfriend? Of course if you'd rather you know not then I totally underst-'

You interrupt his rambling by wrapping your arms around his neck and bringing his face close to yours and kissing the words out of his mouth. When he realizes what just happened he starts laughing and sits back and says, 'You never were one for words, huh?'

You smile shyly. He leans in again and says 'I take it that's a yes?" You nod because your afraid to speak.

Before you even finish nodding Zayn grabs you and pulls you into the most incredible hug you have ever experienced while your emotions are going crazy and he kisses the top of your head. You look up at him and then his eyes light up and he leans down and slowly kisses you, then leaves a trail of kisses down to your ear and whispers 'You are prefect to me. You are mine now. All mine. I don't share, okay?'

Content to stay in his arms forever, you totally forget about the picnic planned until you hear, 'Louis!!! Give me my towel back! I'm allll wet!' Then you hear Liam reprimanding Louis for leaving Harry stranded without a towel. You and Zayn chuckle and finally you say 'Zayn.'

He looks at you with such love in his eyes you almost forget what your gunna say but then you realize you have to say whats on your mind. You reach up and bring his face closer and whisper, 'I'm scared I won't be everything a girlfriend is supposed to be but I want to be your girlfriend with my whole heart.'

He smiles and says 'I don't want a perfect girlfriend. I want you and that's it.' Then he kisses your nose and then slowly kisses your lips. Suddenly you hear Louis shouting "HARRY! LIAM!! NIALL! HE DID IT!! HE ASKED HER!!" Zayn chuckles and you look at him and burst out laughing.
