-"Sweetie?"

*beep* *beep* *beep*

-"Harvey! She's waking up! Harveeeeyyyyy!"

My head hurts. What happened...

-"Maru connect me to St. Michael's Hospital..."

I had no clue what was happening. I felt cold and my eyes were very heavy. I could only focus my brain on the heart rate monitor's beeping sound. I was at the clinic. How long was I here for?

Shane wouldn't leave her side. Held her hand for most of the time she was here.. since the 10th. If not for the farm and animals, he would stay here 24/7.

-"Take your time... take it easy..."
His voice was soothing me back to sleep...

-"How... did I get here?"
-"You fell and hit your head, I still believe you were pushed." Shane replied. "Hi. I've missed you so much." He squeezed my hand.
-"When?" Now looking at him, finally being able to move my head to the side.
-"Sebastian's birthday. You and Abby worked really hard for it. Remember? You had one too many and slipped while dancing like an idiot on the bar, along with Abigail..." he stopped.
-"Oh yeah... the party, ouch my head hurts." I looked down at my hands, I could definitely feel my legs, I was very dizzy...
-"Shane? Sorry to interrupt. I need to make sure my patient is fine. Could you give us a moment?" Harvey walked in with his cute doctor's bag, Maru was right behind him, smiling.
-"Sure, of course, see you in a bit. I will let know the rest of the town that you are fully awake, if that's okay?" Shane asked, gently touching my shoulder.
-"Go for it, no visitors yet please."
-"Of course. Yoba, it's nice to have you back." Shane added and got shy after Harvey gave him a soft pat on the back.

-"So, where do I begin..." Harvey was in his element. Slowly checked my blood pressure, temperature and even my vision. Maru was a great help too, she wasn't just working here, she cares for all patients, as much as Harvey. Suddenly he smiled with relief.

-"The neurologist from Zuzu's main hospital was correct, but so was I. Yes, we had to get someone to check your brain for any injuries..." He looked away on to the monitor. "...worst case scenario you could've broken something and ended up on a wheelchair..."

Well that would've been shit.

-"...however all you got was a long nap." The lovely doctor smiled.
-"A coma, that is. First one in our town." Added Maru, also smiling.
-"I'm glad I could help with your clinic's statistics..." I smiled back. "How bad is it? Will I need to take a break from work? What did I miss?" I tried to sit up, but Harvey put his arms up and told me to stay put.
-"I can tell you about the Night Market!" Maru sat down on the chair next to the bed.
-"Night what?"
-"I will leave you two to it. Anything you need- let me know. Maru, please make sure she drinks more and... goes to the toilet on her own, once she's ready."

It was so nice of Maru to spend extra time with me, even after she finished. Shane was still out, I haven't heard much from anyone 'outside'.

I had so many questions, but so far felt good and trusted people around me. I was calm and...

-"Thanks Harvey!!!!!!! OH MY, YOU ARE ALIVE?! I'M SO HAPPY!" Ran through the door Abby.

I smiled. "I'm glad you are okay too... have you seen Shane?" I asked calmly.

-"So you are happy to see me, but ask about him right away. Nice." She sat down next to me, pulling the blanket over her cold hands. "It's unfortunate what happened. I have a confession." She looked right into my eyes, I was sure she forgot how to blink.

-"Yeah?"

-"It will be fine if you won't forgive me..." she started.

-"Just tell me please."

-"The fall... it was my fault. Shane is not here, because he made me come alone, and explain, and apologise, and..." if I hadn't touched her ice cold hand she would never stop speaking.

-"Just tell me everything you remember, we will figure it out." I replied, bit disappointed, but also glad she was able to be honest with me.

-"Okay." She crossed her legs and flicked her hair. "Sebby's birthday was perfect..."

Well, this better be good.

-"...drinks, music, pizza, sushi for him, yuck, and everyone seemed to have fun. I think I need to stop drinking or I'm going to be the NEW local drunk, no offence." She smiled. I didn't feel the need to comment. "Anyway, once Gus went to the storage, to get more ale, we thought it would be an amazing idea to dance on the bar... Haley, I have no idea why was she even there, she started to make fun of us, take photos with that stupid camera..."

-"Okay, I think I remember some of it... shit." I could feel a headache coming in.

-"Yeah, you were doing great at ignoring her... I wasn't. I felt like we were the only ones who could see her behave that way. I told her to leave, well... I screamed the house down, told her... to go die, and before you say anything......."

-"The hell is wrong with you, I really don't want to drink alcohol, ever again..."

-"Hold on, let me finish." Abigail sat fully on my bed, she was visibly ashamed. "You wanted to stop me jumping on that bitch. My dress got stuck on the keg tap and you slipped... falling straight down onto the hard stone flooring behind the bar. I'm so sorry. I will do anything for  you to forgive me." She avoided eye contact now.

-"So you saying my stupid fall prevented a girl on girl fight?" I smiled. "I am so stupid."

-"Don't be like that! We were all so scared! Shane lost his shit, we literally thought you will never wake up." Her eyes became watery.

-"I had the best nap ever, and it's true what they say.. I could hear most of the conversations. You can thank Robin for reading to me, or maybe I will do it myself. Anyway. I thought it was much worse? Shane made it sound like it..." I needed to find out why he got so upset.

"He really cares about you, that's all. Oh and Haley? She was banned from the saloon after the Nigh Market party, but that's for another day." Abby gave me a gentle hug. "I better go now, Harvey let me get in only to tell you what happened, isn't he the best? Looking after us and our crap haha." She made sure I had fresh glass of water and left shortly after.

I need to stop drinking, or drink less.

Wishing I was in my own bed, I turned to my right side and fell asleep.
