~Third P.O.V~

Jeongguk had just returned from the city with the other two. He was surprised that it didn't take him the whole day to gather some stuff. I guess the extra pair of hands helped him greatly.

Jeongguk was now walking out of the pack house, wanting to explore and find Taehyung, whom he had not glimpsed since he had entered the pack grounds, and honestly, he thought the alpha would be by his side by now.

But alas, the alpha would want to explore, get to know, and spend time with his family; after all, this is his home.

"Little mate." Jeongguk turned around just to see the male he was thinking of and looking for. Taehyung wore an eye-blinding smile, and he didn't waste time pulling the other into his embrace, muttering how much he had missed him while his face was stuffed in the younger's neck.

"Taehyungie hyungie, I wasn't even gone for that long." Jeongguk giggled at the elder's antics, but he didn't waste time and hugged the elder back because he had missed him too. However, he doesn't have to know that.

The two were walking along the playground, which they stumbled upon during their exploration. Jungkook's heart swelled when he saw the little children playing. He had always wanted children, but he chose to wait.

At first, he was planning to have children with his first-ever girlfriend, but it turned out he wasn't into women, so he was planning to adopt with his fiancé... Well, ex-fiancé.

Taehyung looked at Jungkook, who was looking at the children in utter adoration. Now he knew how much his mate loved children, and he wondered if his mate would like some of his own. If that's a yes, he won't mind adopting a whole bunch; let's say 10 maximum and 5 minimum.

Taehyung smiled at the thought. Until he felt someone tugging at his pants, it was a little girl who seemed around the age of five or six, and she was a beta, as told by her faint scent.

"Are you Alpha Taehyung?" She asked, looking up at him with wide eyes almost as wide as Jeongguk's. He didn't know how to respond. Was he even alpha Taehyung, or was he just Taehyung, or was he even Taehyung at all?

"Yes, he is," he heard the younger answer as he stooped down in front of the child. Jeongguk could tell that Taehyung was second-guessing himself with the way his eyebrows furred and his eyes started to look blank.

"Are you his mate?" The young wolf gasped in realization. Now it was Jeongguk's turn to second-guess himself, as he wasn't able to feel much of the wolf stuff. Not going to lie, he does feel a pull when it comes to Taehyung.

It was a pull he had never felt before, but he did feel that tingle that coursed through his veins when he heard the other's voice. Yeah, that voice could get him hard in an instant, but he didn't feel that tingly tingle, similar to how he read in the books.

"I believe I am," Jeongguk finally uttered with as much confidence as he could muster up. Only for it to go down the drain when the little girl uttered. "I thought Minie Oppa was his mate?"

Does everyone genuinely want that omega to be Taehyung's mate? Well, who wouldn't? The omega was beautiful, and he could give Taehyung a child of his own while he couldn't. He was just a human and a man at that.
