Wonwoo's POV
As I walk through the doors of WN Gaming, Mingyu and Joshua follows behind me as we make our way to the elevator, greeting everyone that passes us.
"You seem really tired today." Joshua noticed and I nod.
After a nice walk through the garden to clear my head, arriving home to my apartment made it worse.
The scene of the entire night replayed heavily on my mind but she was the only thing I could think about.
Sleep was definitely the last thing I could do as I tried to figure out how to speak to her without crying.
I know. I sound like a wuss.
Seeing that we have to meet at her office later, I wanted to apologize to her properly.
My only problem is that I just don't know if she would hear me out.
"I didn't get much sleep lastnight."
"Another fling?" Joshua wiggles his eyebrows with a mischievously. "I know you left early lastnight."
"I had a lot on my mind." I admit tand Joshua was surprised by my response.
Joshua and I became friends during college and since we were both studying business at the time, I promised him a job since we always joked around about working with each but that has turned into reality.
He was the financial director here at WN Gaming and great at his job.
Joshua knew a lot about my life as our bond grew over the years. He knew about my mother's passing, the rocky relationship with my father just like Gyu he also knows about Nadia.
So I know that I will have to tell him the real reasons when we get to my office.
"You sure you will be able to handle today?" Mingyu asked him.
"I have to face it at some point right? I said as the doors to the elevator opens.
As we all got on, I see Joshua making eye contact with Mingyu through the mirror, probably asking what happened.
"You could just come out and ask me you know that right?"
Joshua and Mingyu both flinch at my words. Joshua clears his throat before asking.
"What happened?"
"I saw Nadia." I answer and Joshua's eyes widen.
"She was the event planner for the charity ball lastnight. I didn't get the chance to tell him because I was scared of how he would react." Mingyu explains.
"Wait, wait, wait," Joshua stops them, "Did she know he would be there?"
Mingyu and I nod in response making Joshua watch us both with a curious stare.
