Princess Cassana is now two years old and is remarkably intelligent for her age. Her septa is teaching her, and she is excelling in her studies. She is already learning to talk and can walk on her own. Her parents are proud of her and often boast about her to others. Cassana spends most of her days playing with her stuffed animal dolls, a stag and lion, a gift from Robert and Cersei. She is very fond of them and won't play with other toys. Even at a young age, she knows the importance of her family's house, and her chambers are adorned with their colors and sigils. She loves to show off her lion painting, which her grandfather sent her, and the Stag antlers her Uncle Stannis gave her to anyone who will listen.

Cassana now stands at the doors to the Red Keep to say goodbye to her Father as he is about to go on a hunt for the birth of her new sibling, who she cannot wait to meet and play with. She looks behind her and sees her Father approaching, as he is tall and not hard to spot. She runs to him and throws herself at his legs at full speed, which doesn't do much, but for her, he pretends, "My goodness, you're almost stronger than me, little stag!" Robert bends to pick her up and lightly tosses her before holding her. "Not ru Papa!" Cassana barely gets the words out as she laughs at her Father's throw. She wraps her arms around his neck and laughs into his chest. "Where you go?" Robert smiles and tells her he is going on a hunt and will return tomorrow. She smiles and asks if she may come, to which he says no. However, Robert knows how to make her smile and tells her he will bring back flowers just for her. Making her forget her disappointment and be replaced with excitement, Cassana loved the outdoors and walked in the gardens with her Mother as often as possible, but since Cersei got pregnant, they haven't had the chance. So, flowers from her Father made her day brighter and made her forget about being denied the chance to hunt with her Father. She leaves her Father to collect something for her Mother, but not before hugging her Father and telling him goodbye.

Cassana is now walking through the gardens looking for the perfect flowers to bring her Mother as she lies waiting to give birth to her brother or sister, a job Cassana takes very seriously for a two-year-old. She is accompanied by her Septa Milah, who is holding a basket for Cassana to put the flowers in. Though she is a Septa, Milah likes to follow the young princess instead of having a maid or guard do it. Milah cared for the girl, and Cassana was her first charge. She would honor that and stay by her side wherever and whenever the princess needed her. As Cassana picks flowers, her uncle Jaime finds her trying to reach for a flower too high for her to pick. Seeing this, he sneaks up behind her and picks her up, surprising her and causing her to shriek. "Amie, you scare me!" she says with a big smile. Jamie smiles at her and laughs, "I'm sorry, little lion, but I had to!" Cassana looks at her uncle and points to the flower she was trying to get. "Please?" she gives him her best puppy eyes, which makes him smile, and helps her reach the flower before putting her down and turning her to Septa. "I can take her from here to the Queen." Milah smiles and bows before handing him the basket and saying goodbye to Cassana.
