Sebastian woke up in Mani's bed as he felt his phone vibrated, it was multiple miss calls from Nia. he sucked his teeth and threw his phone in his Jean pocket.

Walking out of Mani's bedroom he seen Karen cooking with Mani on her hip as she hummed.

"Wassup princess" he smiled kissing Mani's soft cheek, Mani giggled wiggling her legs to get out her mothers arms.

Karen slowly put Mani down and she instantly ran into Sebastian's arms "you coo?" he said in Karen's ear.

"Yeah, I'm gonna get Mani ready for daycare" Karen shrugged her shoulders not giving Sebastian any eye contact.

He let out a huff, Sebastian knew he was hurting Karen from his actions which is why he wanted everything to end.

He shook his head and walked Mani to her bedroom so Karen could get her dress.

Sebastian slipped his phone out his front pants pocket to see a text message from Nia.

She was letting him know that police was trying to find information on the robbery incident and that she wanted to meet up with him. Sebastian chuckled to himself as he slid his phone back into his pocket.

"We're about to go" Karen spoke softly holding Mani on her hip

"I'm coming with y'all" Sebastian smiled

They all went out to the car, Karen sat Mani in her car seat and jumped into the passenger seat.

For a while, the ride to the daycare was silent unless Mani asked for snacks.

Karen didn't have the energy to speak about the conversation she had with Sebastian last night, she felt like he was being selfish and not realizing how he was putting them in danger.

As they arrived to the daycare Sebastian got Mani out of her car seat and helped her out the car.

"Mani be good okay? mommy loves you" Karen smiled pinching Mani's cheeks "luv you tuw Mommy!" Mani skipped away holding Sebastian's hand

Now that Mani was settled in the daycare Sebastian got back in the car looking over at Karen who was going through her purse.

"I wanna talk to you about sum" Sebastian rubbed his head

"Sebastian if its about last night I don't wanna hear it, I said what I said and you can take it however"

"Chill it's not about that hothead, Nia texted me telling me she wanna meet up with me cause they wanna find information about the robbery" Sebastian explained

"Sebastian I just told you about this last night, you need to stop this shit. Not even for me but for Mani" Karen shook her head

"Look, I hear you ma you just gotta trust me on this. Imma fix everything but I need you to come with me to see Nia" Sebastian folded his bottom lip scared of Karen's reaction.

Karen chuckled before speaking "Go see a bitch that you left your daughter for? I don't think so"

"Plus she could be tryna set you up Sebastian, you need to think before you do" Karen continued

"I know her, she not finna do no shit like that especially to me" He shrugged his shoulders

"You know her? if you know her so well how come you didn't figure out she was cheating on you with your known enemy, had a child by him and made you raise it?" Karen scrunched her face

"Man Ight, just come with me" Sebastian says as he drives off

They arrived in an alley, Sebastian instantly seen Nia standing there scrolling on her phone.

As Karen & Sebastian got out, Nia looked up and her eyes lit up not expecting to see Karen.

"Well if it isn't Ms Karen" Nia chuckled

"don't play with me today bitch" Karen showed her gun that sat in her purse.

"Man both of y'all chill the fuck out, I gotta stop letting you hang around Jacky & Dorinda" Sebastian chuckled

"So what you wanna talk about?" Sebastian asked Nia

"Santana had to be rushed to the hospital because a neighbor saw y'all go in the house and heard gun shots, y'all just two dumbasses" Nia rolled her eyes as Sebastian eyed her

"anyways Santana didn't wanna go to the hospital but he had to since police had already arrived. Now their tryna figure out who did it and even though Santana knows it was you and Don he's not a snitch" Nia shrugged her shoulders as she explained

"How I know you telling the truth?" Sebastian lit up a pre rolled blunt that he had.

Karen eyed Nia waiting for an answer "even though we aren't together anymore that doesn't mean I don't have love for you anymore, It was a mistake for me to fall inlove with both you and San" Nia sighs

"Alright we get it, wrap this shit up" Karen rolled her eyes, Sebastian held in his laugh

"Like I was saying, you can trust me with this Sebastian I know you don't want this life anymore.. I wanna help you leave the streets because I love you" Nia expressed

Sebastian chuckled while Karen scrunched her face up, At that point Karen wanted to choke her out but decided to remain calm.

"Ight, I get you thanks for the info" Sebastian grabbed Karen's hand as they walked away.

"stay low Sebastian!" Nia yelled as they got into the car

"shes got some fucking nerve" Karen chuckled clicking her seat belt in.

"stop letting her get under your skin, she never getting that chance anymore with me" Sebastian hit his blunt as he started the car.

"mhm" Karen mumbled, Sebastian looked over at her grabbing her chin going in for a kiss.

"lemme get sum" Sebastian smiled as he pulled away from the kiss "Don't start nothing Sebastian" Karen giggled

"cmon" Sebastian climbed into the backseat as Karen laughed following behind him.
