I'm sure a lot of boys would too

The yellow-orange sunset light made his face glow beautifully, the sinking sun was reflected in his ocean blue eyes and his soft caramel hair looked a little brighter from the warm light. He stretched his cute snub nose towards the sky with pleasure to catch the last rays of the hot summer sun. And again, like every damn time Harry looked at them, his lips looked far too delicious....

"You're staring, Haz."

Louis' voice was rough, he cleared his throat in embarrassment and a little flattered. His cheeks turned bright red, but nowhere near as red as Harry's.

The boy mumbled a quiet "Sorry." And looked away quickly.

"It's okay." Louis said, sounding like he really meant it and wanted to say more than he actually did with these words. That made Harry sit up and turn towards the older one again.

"Re- really?" he shyly asked.

Louis just smiled his Louis smile.

He could try, Harry thought. He could really try. He could try to tell Louis about it. About the butterflies in his stomach, about the pounding of his heart in his chest and the dreams he had about Louis.

"Yeah, sure. I feel honoured, Harry." Louis smiled again, but he didn't look at Harry, he was still looking towards the setting sun. so Harry looked at Louis' -in his eyes- perfect side profile.

"Any girl would wish to be looked at by you like that... And I'm sure a lot of boys would too," he added, now turning towards Harry. The younger one looked at him with wide eyes for a moment and then blushed again. Ashamed, he turned his head away, but Louis didn't seem to be finished yet.

"And that's perfectly okay, Haz, I hope you know that. And I just wanted you to know that it's okay with me too."

Harry's heart started beating incredibly fast. And so did Louis'. It was important to him that Harry knew he loved him and would always accept him for who he was and how he felt. And if he really was into boys, like Louis strongly suspected then he even may had a chance.

"Thank you, Lou. I thought about... liking boys for a while and I'm sure now. I'm um, I'm also pretty sure I have a bit of a crush on... on you, Lou."

Louis' eyes widened and his mouth formed a silent Oh.
