Mothstar sat down at the edge of StarClan's territory, looking at the Dark Forest beyond. She began tearing up the grass at her claws with fury.
"Mothstar?"
Mothstar whipped around to see Calmstar and Sunfur.
"What do you want?" Mothstar questioned.
Sunfur narrowed his brown eyes. "You know she's innocent. You must send a message."
Mothstar rolled her eyes. "To Waterstar?"
Sunfur let out a low growl. "Waterstar's the one that sent me here in the first place. He wouldn't care about the message one bit. We need someone that we can trust. Someone who doesn't know Goldenflow at all."
Calmstar's eyes flashed. "There are four. But only one shall receive the message."
"Who?" Mothstar asked.
"That's for you to decide," Sunfur meowed. "But you must hurry. Time is running out."
Mothstar closed her eyes. A cat flashed in her vision. That's the cat to who she'll send the message!
"I have chosen. I shall send it as soon as I can."
Sunfur and Calmstar nodded and left Mothstar sitting alone.
