VII Blind date

"I set up a blind date for you two, guys," Yoongi exclaimed. "You visit this place on Saturday to meet the twins from Sejong University."

"I'm not interested, and I don't want to," Jungkook protested.

"Which twin?" Taehyung asked. "why else did they call it a blind date, Taehyung? It means you are clueless about the identity of the person you meet." Yoongi said happily mixed with annoyance.

"If Jungkook doesn't come, I won't go!" Taehyung said while crossing his arms in front of his chest. Crazies! Don't embarrass me; it's already set, and the only reason I did it is for you to stop dreaming about Seokjin. Jin who already has a boyfriend and is faithful to Namjoon."

"Try to meet them first because you will definitely like them because, apart from being attractive, they have good personalities. They are also enrolled in the same department in engineering."

"Uh, okay, there is nothing wrong in taking a chance," was Taehyung's answer. Jungkook agreed, but not wholeheartedly.

Saturday.

The meeting spot for the blind date is at the Euphoria. Yoongi went with them, but as they were inside the bar and pub, he proceeded alone and sat down at the corner table with Jimin and Seokjin. When Jungkook noticed Jin there, sipping cocktails beside Namjoon, he gulped. Currently, Yoonmin and Namjin are on double dates. He was dragged by Taehyung over to the twins' table. The twins immediately stood up when they got to the table to say hello to them. "Hi, my name is hoseok and this is my twin hobi." Hoseok extended his hand to taehyung. "Yoongi told us too many good things about you two."

" Hello, I'm Taehyung, and here is my pal Jungkook."

Taehyung seems to be initially drawn to Hoseok, while Jungkook finds it difficult to focus on hobi.

Yoongi can't say he didn't try, but he can't help but look at Seokjin when Hobi talks to him. He observes Namjoon's sweetness towards Seokjin. Without a care in the world, they talked in whispers and laughed. He accidentally noticed that Yoongi was watching him, and he forced himself to focus on the person sitting next to him so that his friend wouldn't accuse him of wasting his effort.

He wants to show Seokjin his disinterest in the date, his reluctance to go on a blind date, his love for Seokjin alone, and his inability to like anybody else. Taehyung is truly amazing because of how quickly he shifted his fondness and affection for Seokjin toward others. I wish he could do the same thing, but sadly, no. He just realized how deeply he cares about Jin, whether his feelings are reciprocated or not.
