𝒏𝒆𝒚𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒑𝒐𝒗

Still in the cave, I played with xalorias hair as she leaned against me sitting in between my legs. We weren't talking but it wasn't awkward it was soothing. Just being in each other's presence was enough.

"You're so beautiful" I combed the hair out of her face as she looked up at me, still leaning against me.

She didn't say anything but she just stared at me. "If you stare at me longer I'll have to do something about it"

She sat up from my chest still in front of me and smirked "oh yeah? " she tilted her head.

I laughed under my breath and brought my hand up to her cheek bringing her close. I leaned into her ear and whispered "yeah, do you want me to? ".

She looked up at me blushing as she pursued her lips and nodded. I brought her in closer and we kissed.

The kiss was long and passionate, pure love it was. I slowly moved down from her lips to her jawline but before I could reach her neck we heard voices.

I pulled away and we began walking outside of the cave where we saw kiri, lo'ak, and aonungs friends.

We both knew that whatever was happening wasn't good so we had walked over to the group. Neteyam was furious, I've never seen him look so mad. As we reached the group neteyam pushed my brother away.

"back off now. " he pushed my brother back as he raised his hands up. "Good choice, from now on I need you guys to respect my sister, let's go" I looked at my brother as lo'ak began walking back

"I know this hand is funny I'm a freak, alien, but it can do something cool. " my brother watched lo'ak slightly amused, clearly unaware of what's about to happen. "First I ball it up real tight, and then"

Next thing I know my brother is on the ground with a bloody nose. Aonung got up and hissed at lo'ak before running to tackle him. I backed up as I watched the fight begin, kiri giggling beside me.

I turned to neteyam behind me as he scratched his head with a grin. Before walking to the fight to help his brother he put his hand on my waist and whispered "I'm sorry I have to" and walked to help lo'ak.

He kneed a guy coming to him and punched another as aonung went straight to neteyam. I knew immediately why he went for neteyam, I was sure he suspected something.

"Ow my tail! "

"My ear! Let go! "

I knew that eventually I would have to stop the fight so I yelled out. "Are you guys done? ". They immediately stopped and I took that as an opportunity to push aonung off of neteyam and his friends off of lo'ak.

"Go to father and tell him what you did, and tell him that you started it. " I turned to neteyam to check on him when aonung grabbed my hand and took me with him. "What are you doing?"

"I'm going to tell father like you said"

"Can't you go alone? "

"Yeah but I don't want you with that guy" I scoffed at his words

"Aonung are you serious what's so bad about them"

He then turned towards me and let go of my hand "because their all freaks!"

"You're being overprotective they aren't gonna do anything to me" he rolled his eyes at me and walked away to our mauri. I turned around and saw neteyam walking towards me not too far.

"Are you following me? "

"Maybe, I just wanted to make sure you were okay" I cupped his cheek and gave him gentle kiss.

"Yes I'm okay neteyam but you aren't, follow me" I took his hand and was about to walk when he stopped me.

"I'm fine xaloria don't worry I have to get to my father though because im sure he has questions about what happened" he caressed the back of my hand with his thumb.

"Okay but I'm still going to help you afterwards, find me okay? " he nodded and smiled at me before giving me and quick hug and walked to his mauri.
