Lizzie grabbed her red lipstick and started applying it to her lips, "You look beautiful, Liz." Rebecca said from behind her as she laid on her pale blue bed. "Thank you, and thanks for letting me sleep over last night. I missed you." Rebecca smiled. "I'm just happy you're okay and that you and my brother are finally a thing." Lizzie laughed. "Me too."

"So what's next?" Rebecca asked after a few moments of silence. "We're going back to the war." I say quietly and I see the fear in her eyes, "Hydra needs to be defeated." I explain, "Steve's assembling a team, The Howling Commandos. We're going to continue fighting in the war, mainly focusing on taking out Hydra's faculties."

Rebecca asked what Lizzie knew she was thinking, "was it your choice to go back?" Lizzie nodded, "Bucky's too." She turned back towards the mirror as she fixed one of her curls. "But tonight we celebrate." She smiled at Rebecca, "I'm meeting Steve, Bucky, and the crew at the pub." Rebecca let out a giggle, "I thought you hated pubs and drinks?" Lizzie playfully rolled her eyes, "I do. I'll just get fizzy water or something. I'm going for Bucky and Steve."

Lizzie got up from the chair and turned towards Rebecca. "I think I'm ready." Rebecca smiled at Lizzie's army green dress that had a corset top and a skater skirt bottom. "You look perfect." Lizzie pulled Rebecca in for a hug, "I promise I'll write. And me and Bucky will be home before you know it."

"See? I told you. They're all idiots." Bucky said with a smile as he saw Steve heading towards his seat. "How about you?" Steve asked, "you ready to follow Captain America into the jaws of death?" Bucky let out a laugh, "hell no, that little guy from Brooklyn who was too dumb not to run away from a fight. I'm following him." He said with a smile as he took a sip of his drink, Steve gave him a heartfelt smile.

"But you're keeping the outfit, right?" Bucky asked, lightening the mood. "You know what? It's kind of growing on me." Steve answered with a smile. "It's growing on me, too." Lizzie said walking towards them. "Doll oh my god, you look absolutely beautiful." Bucky said as he got up from his seat and walked over to put an arm around her waist as he pulled her closer. "You look quite dashing yourself." Lizzie said as she pulled herself closer to Bucky's chest.

"Captain." Peggy said as she entered the room, but Bucky and Lizzie still stood close, not caring who was there. "Agent Carter." Steve replied back to her. "Ma'am." Bucky said with a nod. "Hi, Peggy." Lizzie added with a little wave. "Howard has some equipment for you to try." Peggy explained to Steve, "tomorrow morning?" She asked.

"Sounds good." Steve answered. "I see your top squad is prepping for duty." She said looking around, "we are." Steve said with a smile. "Will see you there tomorrow then?" He asked. She smiled as she started walking away, "See you tomorrow."

"How's Becca?" Bucky asked Lizzie, "She's good, but she's going to miss you." Steve got up from his chair and walked towards them. "You two know you don't have to do this." He said with a hint of regret in his voice. "Steve, we're going." Lizzie replied. "This is our choice." Bucky nodded, "it's our duty, and who knows how many people Hydra have hurt. We have to stop them." Steve crossed his arms across his chest as he looked at both of them with a smile, "you two are stubborn as hell." Lizzie playfully hit his muscled shoulder, "so are you, Stevie."

Steve got up the next morning and headed to the compound to see what equipment Peggy was talking about. "Excuse me. I'm looking for Mr. Stark." He asked a pretty blonde in an army uniform. "He's in with Colonel Phillips, of course, you're welcome to wait." She answered with a smile, before adding. "I read about what you did."

"Oh, the... Yeah. Well, that's, you know." Steve mumbled awkwardly, "Just doing what needed to be done." He smiled. "Sounded like more than that. You saved nearly 400 men." She replied walking closer to him. "Really, it's not a big deal." Steve said with an uncomfortable smile. "Tell that to their wives." She said taking another step closer. "I don't think they were all married."
