Everyone was taken by surprise at how merciless a child who was push to a corner can be. They admit, that what they did to him before when he was a kid was indeed inhumane.

They have beaten, poison, stab, slash, burn and tortured him for the things he didn't even commit. They were blinded by their rage for losing their love ones and take them out to an innocent boy.

Now? Now they saw how wrong their unjust justice can be. They have created a monster that take pleasure and merciless in killing his tormentors and those that wronged him before.

The people of Konoha have lost a fraction of it's population once again after Garan show his unforgiving side to those who he consider his enemies.

If Garan did make true to his threat in using Chakra to amplify his voice, climb to the top of the Hokage Mountain and ask the same question again. I wonder how many people will be left in Konoha and survive?

The Ino-Shika-Cho Clan Heads can only lower their heads in both embarrassment and failure. They know that their Clansmen have joined in the beatings before and have failed to stop them.
