Father's day blurb
"I can't believe she is here" Mason cooed over as he eagle eyed watched his newborn daughter Jade.
"I can't either, it was worth it. I am so exhausted though" you yawned as your daughter moved her body making Mason jump to protective dad mode.
"Mase she is okay" you laughed as you leaned over and handed him a card.
"What's this?" he asked as he opened the envelope.
"Oh baby, when did you get this?" you smiled as he kissed your cheek gently. "I got it a few weeks ago and thought it would be perfect" you smiled as you could see Mason's eyes well up as he read the card.
"I can't believe how lucky I am to have you and Jade with me here, god I am getting so emotional with my old age" he blushed as you fanned his face as the tears rolled down.
"Oh you silly thing. I'm not even emotional and I only had a baby 5 days ago" you laughed.
"And that is why I am so grateful for you, right now shall I go and get us some dinner?" you nodded as Jade laid there all smiley and giggly.
"yes please" you smiled
