2. Someone who has had dirt thrown at them and had a few pedals plucked off, but through all the thrown dirt still managed to grow and bloom.

3. Someone who travels to many different places and can flourish anywhere. Usually a person without a permanent home who goes from place to place.

The Wildflowers are a group of misfits at Myrtle High. This book consists of all their stories as they battle abusive parents, fitting in, suicide, sexual orientation, divorce, drugs, alcohol, bullying, surviving high school, and running away. Follow them on their journey to find who they are and overcoming a judgmental society. "Remember to keep your head up, Wildflower."
