Intuitive healing is the practicing of learning how to heal yourself. It focuses on the art of tapping into your own intuition and gut instincts to lead you into a more confident space of decision making. It's easy to fall into the trap that others know more about you than yourself.
When we learn how to intuitively heal we no longer take what people tell us about ourselves and automatically accept it. We learn how to take information given to us and discern if it serves us and if we align with it.
Remember, no one knows you better than you no yourself. Lean into self belief and surround yourself with people that encourage you to become yourself not a version of yourself they want you to be. When you learn how to intuitively heal, you open yourself up to the possibility that everything you have ever needed is already inside of you.
