After getting ready and doing my makeup and/or fixing my hair I go feed the animals while trying to figure out what to do. I could take my 4 Wheeler and explore the new property.. My dad said it was already marked and had seen trails.. I'll do that.
I grab the keys and go start the 4 Wheeler, revving it up a but the warm it and the going down the trail. It's full of trees and leafs, more lively then out last one that was dull and dead during this time of year. While I was driving on one trail I saw a little girl with red hair walking around the trail, freezing In her track when she sees me. As she takes off her headphones she start to apologize, clearly scared.
"I'm so sorry i didn't know anyone owned this area! I'm sorry I'll leave" She exclaimed, almost on the verge of tears and very panicked. "Hey you're fine don't worry" I give her a small smile. "Can I ask why you're here though? " I asked the girl.
"Oh uhmmm.... This is where i go to be alone.. " she looks away anxiously. "Ah well it is very nice here! I'm (name).. May I know your name? " I ask the red headed child in front of me.
Her eyes slightly light up at the fact I'm not mad at her. "I'm Karen! " she states happily while waving her hand.
"What a pretty name!... Karen how old are you? The woods could be dangerous" I asked the young girl, not really concerned about any forest life but rather creeps, I never had to worry about that but she does.
"I'm 11!" "Oh!.. Well I'm 15..are you..do.. Do you know how to get home? You don't have time right now! But you weren't on any trail, which can get you lost easily" I was quite shocked at how young she is, I didn't know what to say so I just asked if she could confidently get home, but I didn't wanna seem rude!!!
"Ummm.. Sort of? I followed a squirrel off the trail and lost my way... "
"Well do you know where you live? If I can take my 4 Wheeler there I can take you home? "
"Okay!.. But I'll have to hop off fast! We won't be able to say goodbye.. My dad doesn't like people on the property"
"That's fine, I'll be quick.. You wanna hop on? I don't have any helmets unfortunately... "
"It's fine! "
She hopped on my pink,white and black 4 Wheeler that had a good amount of dirt on it. We started to ride the way she told me to go, there wasn't a connecting trail so I had to go near the back roads and then to their house. After a while we pulled up to an old small house, she hopped off, waved me goodbye and ran in. Before I left I saw a big with a bright orange parka looking at me from a window, I just waved at him and left.
After I got back it was around 2:30, I decided to go brush the dogs for a while. I go out with the brush for my long haired pups, Lemon doesn't need any brushing right now. After getting everything I need I go into the field, seeing Athena napping with the hens and Hera on the other side of the field with Marnie.
After a while of brushing I went back inside, I took a shower and did my hair. I wanted to get some kind of coffee.
I got my things and locked the house up, walking aimlessly down the road. I eventually saw a Café called 'Tweek bros' and decided to go in. I walked inside and there was a blonde teenager at the register, he was twitching a awful lot and looked anxious.
Once i walked up I greeted him, which made him shake even more, pulling his hair. "Ah be careful, that might hurt you.. Uhm can I get a (drink name)? " I asked the blonde.
He muttered something affirming my order, after I payed I went to go sit and decided to text Kiera, and they quickly replied, asking me how I was and how lame the new town is.
After a while of me laughing at the random gifs Kiera was sending me I heard my order being called. I walked up and thanked the boy which I believe made him even more anxious, I quickly apologized and left to go home, feeling awful.
Once I got home I went to my room to read a first aid book,after a bit of reading I decided to start painting my room. I usually paint random shit, having friends paint when they come over so j decided to start it by putting my hand print and the word 'Balls' in pink paint. How fun, anyways! Back to reading...
