Once I got a call from the school about my daughter who had frozen another student out of anger. I sighed, chuckling when this exact same thing happened between Austin and Leo when another tried to step between them after they had found each other.

"Dad, where are you going?" I looked over towards Austin giving him a grin as I shook my head still chuckling as I left the office with him following me as I got into my car with my eldest son coming for the ride.

"Remember when you and Leo were at the school and some bitch tried to come between the two of you and how you warned her if she did not stop or left you two alone you would freeze her from the inside out only having her heart beating?" I rhetorically said, as I watched my son from the corner of my eye as I parked the car in the school parking lot.

"Wait, don't tell me." He chuckled out, shaking his head as we both walked inside, seeing my little sprite sitting on Knox's lap as they were whispering.

I watched John and Kale come out with Kale looking annoyed as he sent my daughter a filthy glare, and that will not fucking do as my baby girl did what she needed to do to keep her partner safe with the situation of his spoiled daughter.

"Kale! I would keep your fucking eyes off my daughter before I tear them out of your head!" I barked out letting my own rage take control as my need to protect my daughter was necessary, as I slowly took a step towards the now cowering man as he was now dealing with a bigger problem than my daughter freezing his.

"Tell me, Kale. Why is it every time one my children must freeze both of your daughters just to get it through there damn fucking heads about my children's partners. First, it was my son Austin protecting Leo years ago, and now my youngest daughter must do the exact same thing just to protect what is hers." I coldly made my statement as I nodded at John who knew that this was a major problem, and he knew this was not the first time this has happened.

"W-Wait, that little girl is your daughter!" Kale stuttered out in fright now realizing what has happened, as I told him if something like this ever happens again, I will take away his position on the council.

My family has overseen the main council since my elder brother has been the head councilman of the city council since he was twenty-one years old.

"Hold on, Darrel, please do not take away my place on the council for my daughter's stupidity." I shook my head, glaring at him still feeling my rage course through my veins as I watched my daughter curiously watching with worry in her eyes.

"Kale, I had warned you years ago and I will keep to my warning. You do understand that you went against a Silvermyst, and you better be grateful my kids know how to keep someone alive long enough while they are frozen from the inside out." I deeply told him as I turned away from the stupid man and spoiled daughter.

When I reached my daughter, I took her into my arms with Austin and Knox following behind us I placed my daughter into the front seat with Knox getting on his bike as he followed me back towards our workplace.

"Sweetheart, you have done nothing wrong, and I am not upset with you for doing what is right. Austin had done the same thing to keep Leo safe from an unwanted female who was trying to force a connection with your brother."

"Really?" her soft voice spoke up, as Austin began to tell her the story about what happened years ago, as he is now twenty-five years old.

I chuckled as I watched my oldest and youngest joke about as I drove too the nearest drive threw picking up some food for my kids and son-in-law, as I paid in the window, I handed over the drink tray and food to my daughter as she sits next to me with a big smile on her face.
