XV: Cursed

When Tzuyu jumped inside the mirror, the portal led her to the island where Taeyeon and the other girls were. She looked around to see who's coming next when suddenly the portal closed and became a door from an abandoned building

“Guys..” Tzuyu opened the door but it just let her see the view of a small village. She tried again to close it and open the door but nothing changed

“Guys? Father?” Tzuyu walked around the abandoned house, it's infested with bugs and everything. There's spider web all over it, she passed by a picture frame of a White unicorn with rainbow horns, but she didn't mind much

“What the hell happened” Tzuyu went back to the supposed portal she went through but it closed. But why? Clearly not 2 minutes had passed. Did something go wrong?

Tzuyu was already panicking. Why didn't they jump in next? Did somebody attack them? Is this a prank? Did the time already run out? What just happened?

“FUCK!”

Meanwhile …

“Well, well, well, look what we have here..” A sinister voice echoed to the silent wind of the trees. They froze in shock, Jisoo immediately casted a chant silently to close the portal

When they turned around, it was four men in red hoods

“The Dark Lord's men” Sana mumbled

“What do you want, Jiyong? You're not stationed here” Jennie crossed her arms acting casually. Well, they're undercover working for the lord right?

“I should be asking you the same thing. Shouldn't you guys be out tracking down remaining humans alive? Who's this people?” Jiyong asked as he pointed out Baekhyun, Sana, Mina, and Dahyun

The red hooded guys looked so intimidating, their swords were clearly sharp enough to kill them. Jennie’s group and the girls with Baekhyun are out of words. Do this red hooded guys know who they are?

“They're..” Rosé stuttered

“They're our hostages. So it's none of your business, it doesn't concern you..” Jennie stated confidently

“Go. This isn't where you are supposed to be anyway” Lisa chimed in, Jiyong darkly chuckled

“You guys might be forgetting we're higher ranks than you four” TOP said

And then, Taeyang noticed something unusual on their “hostage”. Judging from their attire, they are not residents of this island. He notified his colleague

“How about we inspect these hostages first before we leave you alone-” Jiyong was gonna approach them when Jennie covered them, while Baekhyun told the girls to stay behind him

“Don't” Jennie glared

“I swear to god. We'll get bloody in here if you guys don't fuck off” Lisa threatened, the others could only hope nobody would get blood in their hands

“Sorry. But we've been suspicious enough that your loyalties doesn't lie to Lord Jinyoung, so I say we fight this” Daesung bringing out his weapon

“Let's see what you got.. girls” Jiyong smirked

“You guys are assholes,” Rosé scoffed.

They had no choice but to take off their weapons too. Baekhyun and the girls are unarmed but they are trained to defend themselves in case of danger

“Or how about this, we all mind our business-” Jisoo tried to level down the tension when the Red hooded guys attacked first

It was brutal but thankfully, the four girls saw it coming
