XIV: Mystery

"Welcome to Dara's sanctuary!" She happily announced

"My name is Lisa, by the way"

"And I'm Rosé" The blonde girl introduced herself

This is the first time Baekhyun would be meeting them, even the girls too since the rewind but they forgot while Mina who just had the biggest realization of her life. She subconsciously pointed the two girls

"You.." Her voice was shaking. Either by anger or shock

"Us..?" Rosé and Lisa looked at each other clueless

"Yes, us?" Lisa tilt her head

"Father. They're Dara's peculiars" Mina said

"So have I heard" Baekhyun replied calmly

"I'm Baekhyun. And they're my children" Baekho said

"Baekhyun? Like Taeyeon's wife?" Rosé asked, He nodded

"Wait.. but why are you on this island?" Lisa asked

"It doesn't matter! Let's get inside and tell Jennie and Jisoo!" Rosé hurriedly pushed the door for it to open

The girls looked at each other in confusion, is this place even safe?

"There's no security..?" Sana muttering making Rosé chuckle

"The security my friend is your eyes. Only good peculiar good see it, that was mother's spell to this sanctuary" Lisa said

"Ohh.." Tzuyu was in awe as she saw the greenhouse, with birds flying all over so freely. She could understand how the animals feel safe here.

"Well, that is just brillant" Tzuyu mumbles

"Then the guys we saw in the forest are good people.." Sana whispered to Mina who just stays quiet as she observed

It was truly like a sanctuary. It may look small on the outside but spacious on the inside, it's like a whole neighborhood in here. The other people here are probably peculiars, they seem friendly and acknowledge the girls and Baekhyun with a smile as they pass by. They got inside one of the rooms and it's an office, very cozy and warm. A fireplace inside, this must be where the smoke from the chimney is coming

"Guys. We brought some new people" Lisa spoke

The other two girls looked up

"Hi. I'm Baekhyun, Taeyeon's wife. The girls" he introduced

"I'm Jennie. I'm in charge.. as of the moment" Jennie sternly introduced herself

"You.. you're the time manipulator" Mina says

"You four, all of you deceived us" Mina added

"That's a long story, isn't it? Why don't we get ourselves comfortable on the couch and hear everything?" Jennie smiled

They were cooperative and sat on the two vacant couches where all of them fit in

"It's true, Mina. It was us, we did deceive you in order to get a benefit from it."

"Our mother tried to keep us all together, away from any harm but we rebelled. We didn't realize until it was too late.."

"We separated ourselves from each other. Jisoo was able to create a solution that'll help us leave this island despite being born and cursed to be here forever. But then It brought us back together when Lord Jinyoung used mother Dara as a pawn to make us work for him. So as of now, Mother is still locked up there. But right now, the lord is frozen from spell and his armies and followers are looking for you" Jennie explained
