"Hey...hyung. I'm sorry for being kinda late." Beomgyu ran up to the taller, panting, while the other was looking at him with soft eyes.
"It's fine Gyu." He smiled showing his deep dimples.
Considering Beomgyu's prediction, he got along pretty well with the seniors. They were chaotic, one is usually quiet yet humorous and the other is extroverted, energetic and talkative. Despite not having much social experience, he was still cultured. It's not like he doesn't have social media. So when they talk about such things, Beomgyu knows about it but normally is quiet when the trio hangs out. He's having fun with them, he is, but he's not the guy to talk a lot, of course.
"Soobin! Oh, Beomgyu-ah!" Yeonjun, the oldest of the three came up to them with loaded hands. "You're here."
"Yeah." Beomgyu confirmed, eyeing the plastic bags Yeonjun was holding. "What are these?"
"Snacks, of course. What, are we having a sleepover without getting stuffed and exhausted from the entertainment we get?" Yeonjun chuckled, which Beomgyu just chuckled back to. The older wasn't wrong.
Soobin grinned at both of them and just laughed along before voicing out. "Shall we go?"
"Mhm!"
-
"How the hell are you so good at this?" Yeonjun furrowed his brows when Soobin just got his 9th win. Beomgyu just dropped the controller that was given to him to reach for the choco pie his beloved oldest hyung bought while he bickered with Soobin.
They were playing Mario Kart and Beomgyu thought there would totally be no harm in joining. They took turns in playing, but Yeonjun was really infuriated on how Soobin kept winning and always asked for a rematch, then another rematch, and another. This was now Yeonjun's 9th attempt to try to beat Soobin while Beomgyu was just quietly trying to enjoy instead of trying to win. Well, it's just a game between 3 friends, not some important competition.
"Ugh." Yeonjun pouted, gripping his ombre hair. Soobin was again grinning in victory.
"Hyung, don't sulk now, let's just watch a movie or something...Soobin-hyung is always gonna win in every game anyway." Beomgyu recommended, admiring the choco pie while finally taking a bite.
"Oh, yes! We should!" The oldest beamed, straight away taking the remote control to switch to Netflix.
"Aw." Soobin uttered, disappointed that they're gonna do another activity, nevertheless putting away the controllers and xbox away.
"Should we watch a horror movie?"
"No!" Both the oldest yelled at the same time.
Beomgyu smiled at them amused, chuckling. "Okay...no need to look at me like that."
Both of them were looking at Beomgyu looking scared yet irritated.
"Mm...just choose something you guys want. I don't mind watching anything, even if it's a movie about fucking or something..."
"Ayy, no way. I'm not in the mood for that." Yeonjun spoke up almost immediately, face red. "Let's go for action!"
"How about romantic comedy?"
"Soobin, sorry, no way we're not watching that." Yeonjun rolled his eyes, clicking on the category he wants.
Soobin pursed his lips. "Um, okay...fine."

The action movie had romance involved in it. How surprising.
Even if it was a completely different thing, it made Beomgyu thought of what he just saw earlier. A silver haired man was walking around with another guy, he looked like American. He was taller than him too. Both of them weren't gonna be a stranger to him.
His soulmate...and a future best friend.
If he leaves it be and not make a move, is his future with them gonna be the same either way?
Being the psychology student he was, he was observant. In spite of having to look at them for only seconds, his memory remembered their faces. The silver haired boy had big doe eyes and he looked innocent with it. Despite not hearing the two's conversations, the boy seemed to be someone straight forward yet pure. He bluntly responded to his friend, and his friend seemed to stressed from his response. But while saying that, he had a straight face on and kept walking without doing a gesture. As if he didn't do anything that made his friend concerned. His friend must've asked him something sensitive but he had a blind eye to it and definitely got a dismaying response.
Assuming, his "soulmate" was oblivious, straight forward and innocent. Okay, he doesn't even know why and how he thought of this.
He's his supposedly soulmate...but Beomgyu doesn't feel any attraction, as in romantic love toward him.
Snapping out of his thoughts, he noticed the movie just ended and is showing the credits.
Beomgyu turns his head to see Yeonjun asleep on Soobin's lap, who was hugging the older by the waist, resting his head on his.
Beomgyu grimaced upon seeing them in that position, sighing nevertheless. He had a question to ask.
"Soobin-hyung." He started and whispered, the older instantly catching his voice and turning his head to him. "Yes?"
"Um...you know my ability, right?"
"Yes? What about it?" Soobin asked, also whispering, they both didn't want to interrupt the oldest's slumber.
"I..." Beomgyu comtemplated for a moment. "I saw this guy at your building, the system said he was my soulmate...should I...?"
Soobin stared at him in shock for a while, blinking a couple of times. "W-What? Soulmate? Beomgyu, you should approach him!" Soobin exclaimed, still in shock from the information.
"But," Beomgyu suspires. "How?"
"Just come back to our building and find him, and tell him about it? Besides, what does he look like? Maybe he's my friend."
"Hyung." "I can't just go up to him and tell him that we're soulmates. That'll just be unexpected and awkward, to be honest. If someone told me that, i'd be creeped out and back away, even if it were the truth. Cause it's very abrupt and that information will freak me out. I'm not even experienced in dating. Maybe some people may be surprised and excited from it, but no way i'm doing that." Beomgyu whisper yelled while frowning. "And he has silver hair. He was wearing a black sweater with jeans, and was walking with a taller brown haired friend."
"O-Oh. You're right. And I have no absolute idea who that i--- Oh, wait!" Soobin paused, then spoke again. "Silver hair? Do you know his name?"
"No."
"Hm, well." "I'll say I don't know him for now. But Gyu, you should really approach him! Allow his purpose in your life, I guess. He's your soulmate and i'm as well surprised you have one."
Beomgyu snorted at that and nodded. "I'll think about it...but for now put Yeonjun-hyung to bed. I'll clean your living room up."
Soobin smiled at him. "Okay, thank you Beomgyu-ah."
Soobin got up and carried Yeonjun to his room, probably going to be sleeping with him.
Beomgyu sighed and started picking up all the emptied food containers, plastics and whatever more was scattered.
But that boy was still in his mind.
"I'm not even attracted to him..." He mumbled.
He only caught his interest because he was labelled as his soulmate. But not like he was romantically interested...he was confused by that.
Maybe an error? Or not?
Scratching his neck, maybe approaching him to be friends for now would be fine.
