"Hey, chill..." Yeonjun said worriedly when Beomgyu downed another shot of vodka in a second, aggressively plonking the glass against the bar table right after.
They were in a bar--- and only the second time Beomgyu has been in. Beomgyu's first time there was absolutely trash. Everything was too loud and wild for him, people literally on top of each other, very loud music and a lot of drunk people that can be seen wasted and passed out on the floor.
And that too, was another situation where Yeonjun forced him to go and drink. But when he did, Beomgyu puked as soon as he just drank one glass. And also left immediately after that.
Yeonjun and Kai looked at Beomgyu nervily, watching how he downed a glass, then another, until he banged his head loudly on the table which surprised the two.
"Noo, hyungg!! You can't die!!" Kai yelled dramatically while shaking Beomgyu's back rapidly and Yeonjun's anxiousness was gone in an instant, laughing hysterically at what he had said.
"He isn't dead, Kai! Just wasted!" Yeonjun continued laughing while shaking Beomgyu for him to wake up along with Kai.
"What happend?" Soobin arrived soon after, sitting beside Kai and eyeing Beomgyu. Kai looked at Yeonjun with wide eyes and saw his face expression changing vividly.
"Umm, I don't know. Hyung is just extremely drunk." Kai scratched his head. Honestly, he didn't know why Beomgyu suddenly wanted to go to a bar and get drunk. But it's alright because he's pretty easy to handle when he is because he just falls asleep--- but it was weird because he knew Beomgyu was not that type of person.
Soobin stole a glance of Yeonjun before putting his focus to Beomgyu again, standing up to nudge the younger. Yeonjun was startled because he was suddenly close- but nevertheless successfully ignoring each other.
Kai slightly rolled his eyes at the two. The atmosphere between them was so obvious. But whatever, none of his business.
"He isn't waking up." Soobin frowned. "I know something happened Kai, you need to tell me."
"Umm... nothing, really." Kai sighed, trying to recall his memories. "Well, actually... Taehyun lost his memories regarding all of us."
"What?" Soobin cocked an eyebrow at that, obviously confused.
"Seo-jun and Taehyun got into a fight because Seo-jun found out he was texting Beomgyu, then broke his phone. After that...Taehyun decided to go to his dorm and talk it out, but I guess they got into a fight again." Kai said hesitantly in a low voice. "And Seo-jun did it with his ability, apparently."
Soobin's eyes widened but seemed confused again. "Wait, but i'm asking about Beomgyu."
"I genuinely don't know, hyung. He's been acting so sad ever since we told him about Taehyun, though. Then today he just suddenly asked us to go out and drink."
Soobin pursed his lips, eyes leaving Kai and glancing at Beomgyu again. But then he suddenly laughed, hitting Beomgyu's shoulder loudly.
"What is this, is he in love?"

Beomgyu slowly opened his eyes, meeting the ceiling of his dorm. He stared at it for a while before sitting up on his bed, looking around.
Well, as usual, he was alone---
"Hyung!" Kai came out of nowhere, swinging his door wide open and unexpectedly jumped at Beomgyu's bed.
"Why are you here?" Beomgyu frowned at the younger. They were in different buildings and dorms, so why was he there?
"Oh, nothing. You just got really drunk last night and Soobin-hyung forced me to take you to your dorm while he dragged Yeonjun to another place." Kai pouted at the last sentence and Beomgyu chuckled a bit.
"Alright then... sorry for last night." Beomgyu apologized, looking straight at Kai's eyes. "Why did you stay here anyway? You can go back now."
"I want to ask you a question!" Kai grinned at him suspiciously, but Beomgyu nodded anyway.
"Do you like Taehyun?"
"No." Beomgyu answered almost immediately. He didn't even think before answering, it came out automatically.
"Be honest." Kai came closer to him and gripped on his wrist tightly. "Why else were you sad when you found out Taehyun lost his memories about us, calling us to a bar to drink last night, and got drunk as soon as possible?"
"Huh?" Beomgyu titled his head at what Kai had just said. "I wasn't sad?"
"Then what?" Kai paused for a bit, thinking cautiously about what he should say next. "Don't you feel really sad lately? Weren't you so happy when you and Taehyun made up? Why do you want to drink suddenly when you don't like alcohol?"
So many questions when Kai only said 'Can I ask you a question?' But it got Beomgyu thinking. He did feel more lonely and sad than usual. He wanted to get drunk all of the sudden too. He didn't know, but maybe...
Maybe it was because of Taehyun.
Maybe...
