After a couple of hours, I just gave up on waiting for Billie but my happiness came back somewhere in the middle of the night when I got spammed with messages.

Billie
Hey
Sorry for being so late
Can you come outside?
I want to see you
I'm in front of your house
Can you somehow get out unnoticed?

Luckily for me, if I was quiet enough, there was a big chance I wouldn't get caught. My parents have their room door closed all the time and it's anyway an usual thing for me to go downstairs in the middle of the night because sometimes I need water.

I'm sure April won't hear me either. All I need to do is be careful with the way I open the front door. I need to be silent.

Ava
I'll be out in about 15
Don't make loud noises outside though

Billie
I'm in a tesla
Unless it starts singing by itself, nothing can happen

I giggled to myself then got out of bed. I had to get ready as fast as possible. I knew she was waiting for me, but I had to look presentable.

Hoping she wasn't too angry for waiting for so long, I finally get to the front door and carefully open it. I'm not worrying about the video camera we have because my parents don't check it unless something happens over the night. Something they know about.

She wasn't joking when she said she was in a tesla. The one I've seen a couple weeks before in her garage was now parked in front of my house.

As soon as I get in, she leans in for a long kiss, deepening it like tomorrow is the last day.

"I missed you babe" she said breathing heavily

"Missed you too. Is it the right time to ask what happened? Did you stop texting me because of my dad?"

I didn't even realised she turned on the car when we started moving, the silence inside feeling almost weird.

"Pff. Of course not. Words don't scare me. He only said I should stay away from you and he's gonna make me pay if I do anything to you."

She said that so casually as if he told her not to step on the grass.

"He's a police detective. He can kinda arrest you." I tried to warn her jokingly

"So? Trust me Ava, nothing can stop me from having you" her seductive voice made me feel something between my legs then I remembered how bad of a time this was.

"Then why did you disappear?"

"I had some things to do. Helped my friends with something . But I knew that at the end of the day, I'll go back to my baby" she placed her hand on my thigh and now I was really feeling it building inside of me.

"And you couldn't even text me?" I knew she wouldn't like my interrogation but I didn't like the lack of attention either.

"I told you. I was busy. Calm down dude. I missed you and I'm not trynna fight. Let's enjoy the ride, allright?" I noticed how she was really irritated about this so I decided to let it go.

I didn't even got to ask her about the dude I met at her house. Maybe it was just a friend after all.

~time skip~

"Are you hungry?" She asks as we enter the kitchen

"It's one a.m. How could I eat right now?" I looked at her like she was crazy

"Just wanted to make sure. Wanna go upstairs?"

I simply nodded then I followed her on the path I knew so well to her dark, cold room. I swear I've never seen something more unwelcoming than this house. The only good thing in it was her.
