Callianna Clark was the only daughter of the Clark's. Leonel Clark was a tailor and ran a tailor shop called button and rope. It was very well liked and visited often by the local.
Rhoda Clark on the other hand was a florist and usually taught the women in the neighborhood the art of gardening and growing plants. She had a greenhouse in their backyard which appeared to be little Callianna's favorite place.
5 year old Callianna and her mother were in the greenhouse on a random Thursday afternoon in 1965. Nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary to the mother at first. She was organizing the tools and pots for the morning's class.
It would remain normal if the woman hadn't found her 5 year old daughter in the middle of a pond made out of purple hyacinth flowers that were constantly growing larger. The woman screamed at the sight and quickly removed her daughter from the pond of flowers.
The kid was sneezing and the pond was extending. When the both finally stopped, the kid was rubbing her red nose and laughing.
The eventful afternoon made no sense to the couple. They had never seen such a thing happen before nor have they ever heard. They were afraid the word would spread around the neighborhood, which did happen after the second event of unusual things.
This time the couple was out grocery shopping when suddenly all the fruits and vegetables got drenched with water that came out of nowhere and grew long strong roots. It seemed that everyone shopping at the marketplace that day was talking and gossiping about the incident.
It didn't take long before the 3rd and 4th and lots of more incidents happened and the clark family become the gossiping stock of the town.
Rhoda and Leonel Clark were desperate to find answers and have things that has happened make sense. The day that everything finally made sense was 3 weeks after the first incident.
On a warm sunny day, just in time for afternoon tea, the Clark's bell rang. It was no other than the wealthy, down to earth family that lived in the mansion near the town. That was Callianna Clark's first encounter with James Potter.
Euphemia and Fleamont Potter heard the news spreading around the town about a 'possessed' girl and her desperate parents and immediately payed a visit to the family. They were empathizing with the couple, imagining how confused they must have been through it all and were ready to enlighten them and help them with everything.
And from that day on everything worked out well for Callianna's parents after being told everything about magic and the wizarding world by potters.
Well, at least until the first of September, 1971...~•~•~•~
